+ -1 moreI have used them several times. My son locked the keys in the car twice. One time I was pet sitting for some friends that were out of town. They had a tricky lock. I ended up and locked myself out of the house and was not able to get to the pets. They came and rescued me. There has been some problems with the locks in our house 3-4 times. My mother locked herself out of her car a couple times and they came for that. We are on a first name basis with them. They have always been able to come rapidly when we have needed them. I like the bit more relax, casual feel without loss of professionalism. They give you that down home, human being feeling.
