Description of Work: John Osgood has been helping us limp along our original ac system until we were ready to bite the bullet and replace our original 1994 system. He provided us with an estimate and explained the options available. I did get 2 additional bids as well and his was the best value. They had the installation done in the time they estimated with no surprises. Given the price and our previous experience with him, I am confident in recommending his services to other Angie's list members.

Description of Work: Came to give me a quote and check the AC that was not working. He was really good and honest with his opinion. Other folks wanted just to sell a new unit and Service WIzard check if they could have an easy fix. I know my units are old and probably need to plan soon for a replacement. But it was a relief and a great experience to have Service Wizard come and fix and plan more calmly for new units in the next year. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and I will get their pre-maintenance service for the year. KEEP UP with good service, GOOD prices and HONESTY for your clients. Thanks!!
