I had one of the owners evaluate the tree in question when they were doing work on 2 of my other trees. The price quoted was $600.00 which was a price I could agree to. Several weeks later I purchased the special from Angie's List $249 for $500.00 value. When they called me to make appt for the service the scheduler said Adam remembered the tree and it would be $900.00. That was incompatable with previous quote and I was not impressed with the change in price. Inflating the price of the service to make up for the reduction in coupon was not in line with conducting honest business practice. I was favorably impressed with the work that was performed by this business previously, however, this incident leaves me distrustful and skeptical of their business ethics. I really regret not being able to hire them again--their work is very good.

There was a couple of communication and scheduling issues at first, but they more than made up for it with the great service and job they did on the tree. The job ended up being more than the deal price but they honored the original quote due to the miscommunication at the beginning. I would not hesitate to use their services again. I feel like the original issues are definitely not a normal occurrence for them and they provided great customer service and did a really good job.

The Sanchez family was incredibly respectful of my property, me and each other. Everyone was very friendly. The crew was professional and speedy while taking the time to do the job right. The fact that they are arborists showed in the care they took while making cuts. The price was very fair. I would definitely hire them again.

As usual, WONDERFUL. This is my go-to company and as many times as I have used Sanchez and Sons for varied services, I've always been more than pleased. Great customer service, as well as honest and hardworking. Highly recommend.

Began by purchasing an Angie's List deal for $250 off of $500 job. Then paid $1500. Steep, but the job was well done. They did all the work, leaving the yards clean. We should be set for several years.

I have used them more than once. Just rate them “A” all the way! They were punctual, cleaned up after themselves, did a great job, very professional.

Great company, definitely will hire again when trees need to be trimmed. Arrived on time, did thorough job and cleaned up and disposed of trimmings.

Called and left a message, got a call back in an hour or two. Appointment was scheduled for the same week. Mr. Sanchez was on time and knowledgeable. He gave me two prices for the job and I elected to go with the quote that required a bit less work. I called to confirm the job on Monday and his team came Tuesday! They worked very quickly, but consulted with me several times as the job proceeded. The job and a very thorough cleanup were completed in about 3 hours. Mr. ?Sanchez and Sons are pros and they did a great job.

They came out and inspected the property within a day or two of our initial contact, and were willing to work within our budget (we have a LOT of trees). Crew showed up early on the agreed upon date for work, and worked the entire day cutting, clearing and trimming. They were efficient, friendly, fair and did great work. They even threw in trimming some trees along a roof line at the back of the house. We will use these guys again when we get ready to do the rest of our trees. The sons also run a general contracting business - and we will use them as well for some other home improvement projects. Trustworthy folks delivering quality work.

Mr. Sanchez senior gave me an estimate for removing the trees but as we talked I decided to just get the other necessary work done immediately. The large crew came the next day and did a thorough job pruning large trees overhanging the house and clearing weedy shrubs front and back. The work was done well and quickly. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly. I also had the company plant a new sod lawn in front where weeds and overgrown shrubs had been removed. My neighbors and I love the new yard.

The company came at the date we arranged and pruned all the trees in the back yard. They pruned crepe myrtles and cleared the live oak in the front yard of dead limbs. They removed unwanted weedy shrubs in the front yard, leaving a large area of bare dirt. Because they worked so quickly and thoroughly, I decided to have them plant a new sod lawn. They leveled and placed most of the sod the same day. They watered it and finished placing remaining pieces the next day. My neighbors and I love the improved yard.

The project went perfectly. Steve and his son Jeremy were personable and professional, handled the work even earlier than I expected, and were extremely prompt from project proposal to work completion. They even did a few small 'extras' with hauling away items from the home's prior owners that I did not want. I will definitely hire them again for the additional tasks that were not immediate needs but will need doing in the future.

The first assessment meeting, he didn't show up but called and said he was running late but then was too far away to be able to make it. The second, he was late but did show up. The crew were then assigned to come out and he understood it was critical because of the split and danger it posed. Scheduled for the next week, I pleaded with him to move it up and they did show up on Saturday. The only issue I have is that after paying for the Angie's list deal, he told me straight up it would cost more. This seems to be a pattern with Angie's list deals - they do not cover the costs and it seems to be a gimmick to hire these companies which then always charge more to do the work. By then, you're already committed having paid something.

They worked hard and did a good job

It went great. They came out to give an estimate one day and completed the service the next day. They showed up on time and were great at communicating what they were doing and cleaned up after. I used an Angie's list deal as well.

I've used this company before. The men are polite and professional. Their cleanup is excellent, don't even know they've been there except the tree looks great.

Adam Sanchez and crew were great to work with... very responsive, patient, answered all my questions thoroughly. Steve Sanchez came over to identify a tree and give his recommendation on its care.

I had to be scheduled two weeks out which seemed kind of long, but I guess they are a small operation. On the day of my appt, they first called me at 7:50 a.m. on a Sat from outside my house even though our appt was at 10:00. My phone was off so it went to voice mail and they left. When I woke up at 8:30 I checked my phone and called them back. The guy explained that since he couldn't reach me, he left. I reminded him the appt was at 10:00 a.m. and he said ok, he would come back between 10 and 10:30. At 10:20, he called and said he was outside my house. I went outside and no one was there. He had gone to the old address associated with my Angie's List acct even though I had provided my new address when we made the appt. When he did arrive, I told him what I needed done and the estimate was $1300, $400 more than the previous estimate (a nearly 50% increase!). I explained that even with the $400 of service for $200 coupon that he was still $200 more than the other company. He just said "That's a good price," and reminded me that I had already paid for $400 of service with him, so I would not be paying the full $1300. I told him even with the coupon I still ended up paying more and waited to see if he had any other thoughts and he didn't, so I thanked him for his time and will have to get a refund for my deal with them and go with a more affordable company. Bottom line: the pricing was pretty outrageous and I think it was probably done that way to make up for the $200 worth of "free" service I was getting.

Great job. Mr. Sanchez Senior met with me to go over the job, and within hours he had a crew on-site. They completed work the following day and cleaned up so thoroughly I don't think they left a twig behind.

Steve Sanchez, his sons and his grandson's and crew did an incredible amount of work for me in a short period of time. He was punctual, the crew had an excellent work ethic and the results far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Sanchez is excellent with quality control while overseeing his crew, and has an eagle-eye for attention to detail. He walked my property after the projects were complete to ensure I was satisfied with all the work. I was so very happy. I haven't seen this type of work ethic since I was younger and watched my dad do work on rental houses. They definitely leave a job site better than they found it.
