These guys did a great job. They were punctual, effective and the price was very reasonable. I would hire them again for sure!

I got an estimate and compared with other providers. Overall very friendly and responsive. The project was finished within a few days of initial contact. Sent 3 crew who cut the tree to ground level and hauled all the branches, trunk etc. They were careful in cutting in small sections so as not to risk damaging the house. Also their quoting, invoicing and payment system is all online and works very well. As a constructive feedback, I would say that they could do a better job of raking or blowing wood chips as we were tracking them inside for days.

Steve showed up the day after I requested a quote and showed his knowledge and experience. We chose them over two other bids, one lower, because of Steve's responsiveness. The crew arrived when scheduled, did the work thoroughly, painted the cuts, and cleaned up totally. We're very happy.

They are simply the best! They did a fantastic job, left everything clean, and my yard looks great! Very friendly and professional! I highly recommend them!

In a word, superb. Had an estimate completed on the same day I called and all work was completed only two days after that. They did an excellent job in every aspect imaginable, taking the extra care to keep the my red oak safe and made sure I was happy with their work throughout the process. They're good people that do a great job and demonstrate what excellent customer service is all about. Was so pleased with their work, I talked with them about another service they offer - getting sections of my fence replaced. I'm happy to give Sanchez and Sons my highest recommendation and will be calling them again whenever I need my trees worked on and when I get the money saved for my fence.

I picked two top rated tree outfits from Angie’s List reviews to come bid against Davey Tree, whom I’d had good luck with before. I’ll admit that the last pruning job of theirs had been grossly underbid (I thought so at the time, but kept my mouth shut), and I got an especially good deal! Figured I owed them a little extra consideration, but this time Davey’s bid was nearly triple the other guys’. I settled on Sanchez and Sons because, though not the cheapest, the bidding process blew me away. Brother Steve composed the bid sheet on his phone as I spent nearly an hour showing him precisely what I did want done, plus asking what else he’d recommend. I went in the house to print it off as he drove away. The other company gave be a hand scribbled list, but it was a little vague about what it was exactly that we were agreeing to. Steve’s knowledge and attention to detail were impressive; he and older brother Jeremy are both certified arborists, and they come to instruct their crews at the beginning of the job. Some times they may visit other job sites during the day, but for our job Steve would sweat along with the rest of the crew for the whole day. He did take more down time than the rest of the crew, some to stay in phone contact with the office, some to just chat with me. I learned a lot about this little but growing family business, and it’s a wonderful story really. My neighbor on one side had asked for a bid on some minimal work at his house, and the price was so reasonable he decided they could afford a little more. He ended up spending about $570. I had acted as middleman for this, so he never actually even met Steve; he left the check with me. But after all was done he made a point to come over and tell me that he had never had any craftsmen do such an impeccable job of clean-up afterwards, especially tree people! I agree. I opted to pay with credit card ($1,750) which cost an extra 3% fee - but what the heck, that paid for the cleaning out of my gutters and the leaf pickup and raking out of all my gravel paths, which they just did as part of the job. While they were taking down three doomed pear trees on the line between us and the other side neighbors, those neighbors gave Steve another job on a couple of trees in their back yard. So a great week for us, three neighbors in a row, and a very productive couple of days’ hard labor for the Sanchez crew. Plus I’m already eyeing the trees we left alone this time. We’ll have enough work again in two or three years, and I expect the neighbors will get on board too. I truly look forward to seeing the Sanchez family again. Sorry for going on so long, but I couldn’t help it. If you’ve got trees, you owe it to yourselves to get to know these people. Trees are not all they do, by the way, so I’m keeping that in mind too. When Steve came to do the estimate he explained in detail what needed to be done and how his crew would do the job. Steve is a licensed arborist and clearly knew not only how to care for trees, but how to run a professional business. He gave me a detailed estimate, and then I signed a contract that was very clear regarding work to be done and price to be paid. I was amazed the Steve and his crew accomplished so much work in only a few hours. When the work was done they cleaned our yard thoroughly. Everything they moved was put back in place, and there wasn't a trace of clippings anywhere. I can't recommend Sanchez and Sons highly enough. With my large lot I know I will need tree services again, and my first call will definitely be to Sanchez and Sons.

It went fine. Steve was professional and friendly. The trimming was excellent except they failed to seal some of the cuts of the larger tree limbs. Did not notice until after the crew had departed. That was the reason for the "B" in quality. The "B" for responsiveness was due to the scheduling problems we experienced.

The were great explained their schedule and they were busy, they got me to their dispatcher Evie who worked on setting the schedule. On time and hard working crew. Really nice people as well. I will use them again if I need tree work.

Steve with the company was very responsive, came within two days of being contacted, and offered a significantly lower price than his competitors. His work was completed timely and professionally. I will call Sanchez & Sons for future jobs.

They responded within 2 hours for an estimate, and were able to start work that afternoon. It took less than 2 hours to remove the two trees and they were neat, careful, and thorough.

Sanchez Co. was great, scheduling was crazy but lots of post-storm activity along with normal business. The crew was great and went above and beyond to get the task done. I had an Angie's list voucher for the stand work and worked out the cost for the additional services and the pricing was very good

Excellent process and outcome. Communication with the office for re-scheduling after a rain delay was very good. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up very well when they were done. No complaints. I would use them again. I used a $249 Angie's List coupon for $500 worth of work.

An excellent experience doing business with Sanchez and Sons. Adam and Steve arrived promptly after I called in for an estimate. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They gave me a fair estimate for a tree removal and were nice to include a tree trimming over electrical wires that I was nervous about with the impending storm and winds. It took all of 45 minutes or so to do both jobs! I was floored by the ease and finesse that the limbs that were intertwined with the wires were skillfully trimmed and removed. Went great, they removed the tree while I was at work. There were no left overs, not even saw dust, at least that I could see.
