Rubio Tree Service

Very nice gentlemen. Trustworthy. The trees look fantastic and the price was extremely reasonable.

The men showed up to complete the service the very next day after we met. They completed the job while my husband and I were at work. When we returned home, it was like the sky had been opened up. Everything looked fantastic. They called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the work and asked if we had any questions.

Great. A woman who spoke English fluently came out and looked at what we wanted to have done and explained it to the job super (who had limited English fluency), as well as gave us an estimate. They scheduled coming out on Saturday and arrived within the agreed upon window. It was a big, hard job and they did it within the estimated time and price quoted and cleaned up.

He was fast and responsive for the initial job; it looks great. I also had lawn guys figuring out how to fix my yard and they told me that I needed a couple more lower hanging branches removed so I called rubio and he came and said that it would lopside the tree but if I want it done he would do it. I said that I would think about it and call him later. About a week went by, I decided I wanted to have it done and called him everyday for 3-4 days, but never got a response. I think they did a great job overall but make sure you get everything taken care of the 1st time!

Fabulous. They came out on a Saturday to give an estimate (mother and sister's home in Georgetown) that I thought was very reasonable. They were early. I agreed to a date of service for the following week. I was called later to see if the work could be done that day, which was great as the weather was perfect. They started the job and finished up the next morning. Job well done and I will use them at my property as well in NW Austin.

They came the day after I called to give an estimate. They scheduled to come out the next day to do the work. They did arrive a little late- maybe an hour-but did a great job and cleaned up well. What really impressed me was they went to the neighbor's house to see if they could put back the wire that my tree had knocked down!
