First Open House held on Saturday, May 24, 2014, and AC quit within an hour. I phoned Roy and explained the situation. Roy arrived within 2 hours, just as he communicated. He took time to thoroughly analyze the situation and recommended a reasonable solution. We will continue to utilize Roy's Heating and AC Service in the future! His expertise and ability to troubleshoot far extend an 'A' rating!!!
