+ -1 moreRoselind is an exceptionally good Realtor. She never pressured us the slightest to compromise on what we were looking for. She has a great sense of the Austin real estate market. Most important, she is a superb negotiator. The house we purchased received five offers within 24 hours. Ours was not the highest offer, but Roselind presented it so skillfully that the seller allowed us to match the top offer.
Description of Work: Roselind helped us to look for and buy a house. We paid her 3% of the house price.
