I called Rosario to ask for an estimate for a walkway on our backyard. He told me he would not work on little projects and asked me the approximate square feet of the requested walkway. I asked for a moment to get the correct measurements. By the time I came back he hung up on me.

They did an excellent job. Quick quote, one day install. Left job site nice and clean. Very professional.

The project went smoothly from start to finish. My original estimate was only to pour the concrete sidewalks and footer, but after they started working, we extended the scope of the work to include the brick edging, stump removal and yard grading. They did a great job and worked every day until the job was complete.

They were very thorough. They made me feel comfortable about what they would be doing. We did not use them as the work wasn?t necessary then. Our experience with them was great. We didn?t have any issues with them.

The estimate was too high for me.

Rosario came by the house within a few hours of calling. He came out again the next day to meet with my husband. His bid was 1,000 to remove all the concrete - which was half of what other companies were estimating. Rosario showed up with a team of men early in the morning and by noon, the entire patio was removed. He also removed a ton of garbage left by the old contractor - old slabs of concrete and the old porch roof. Rosario was on-site start to finish. Rosario offered to pour the concrete the next day for $3,000. That money was between our new general contractor and Rosario. The quality and speed of work was again, absolutely excellent. Not one complaint as far as the work. The only thing that was an issue was that the final price he charged our new contractor for the concrete pour was not the exact $3,000 originally agreed upon. What amount he charged our new contractor, I am not sure. So, all in all, an expert at what he does and I had a very good experience working with him! I believe our contractor feels a bit differently about the final price for the concrete pour, but agreed that the quality if work was excellent.

I have a concrete patio that has settled such that the slope caused rainwater to pool and stand in a 6"-8" puddle next to the house. I was afraid it would eventually cause foundation problems so I needed it fixed. I called Rosario and he provided me several options ranging from building up the concrete (too expensive right now), drilling a drainage hole (not feasible with location of the hole), or cutting a trench to get the water to run away from the house. I opted for the latter as it was the simplest and cheapest solution. They used a diamond saw to cut the concrete and made sure the trench took the water away from the house out to the yard. It worked great! I'm very pleased with the results. They scheduled the work to start on a Monday after 10:00 am so as not to disturb the neighbors on the weekend or too early in the morning. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up afterwards. Even though this was a very small job, Rosario was very professional, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for concrete work.

I called and the person who answered (I'm assuming Rosario) was not exactly easy to work with. I told him we need a quote on repairing our driveway. He kept asking me what need to be done and I kept replying I would like someone to come out and advise us on what needs to be done. He kept asking me how big the cracks are and I said I'm not sure how to describe it. In the end, he said they pretty much will take everything out and pour concrete in. It seems to me he was not even willing to come out and give us a quote because he thinks it's too small a job.

We declined the quote and went elsewhere and had an excellent job done for less than half the price. No work done.

Rosario came out personally to do the estimate for concrete slab in the back yard. His estimate was $4,000 less than next best estimate. I hired him because of reviews & comments on Angie's List, which turned out to be completely accurate. He's a very nice guy & very professional. He looked over project & made good suggestions. We had to allow for water drainage by gently sloping concrete and installing two 6" drains, which continue. They checked and rechecked slope to make sure it was perfect. His crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They were professional and always very polite. Rosario spent a lot of time on the site and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Project looks great. We are very pleased. It went 99% perfect. The only hiccup came at the very end. The two drains are recessed into the concrete. One of the drain covers fits perfectly so top of cover is same level as concrete. The other cover does not quite fit all the way down, sticks up a little. One of his crew came back out to fix it, but he could not do it. Then Rosario came out & it still looks the same. I'm confident he'll resolve this issue, but I'll update later if not.

This couldn't have gone any better. Rosario returned my call promptly even though it was a small job. He came to my house on the same day, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and returned the next day with a crew to do all of the prep work and set the forms. They returned the following day and poured the concrete. I asked for a change once the job had began, and Rosario did it without any hesitation. Overall, he did an excellent job in a very professional manner, and I highly recommend him.

I kept having to put off the work due to delays with the plumbers, but Rosario was amenable to my schedule and once I was ready, he and his crew were there the next day. My husband remarked it was the first time someone said they would be there at 8:00 AM and then actually WAS there at 8:00 AM.

I was exceedingly impressed with him. He was very easy to work with and the work he did pouring the foundation was fantastic. It was quick, efficient, and we didn't have any problems with cracking. What was most impressing was that he charged $30,000 less on the foundation than any other quote I got.
