Johnny came out and took a look after a significant hole that had been put in my metal roof to vent an upstairs fireplace. The fireplace was actually vent-less and did not require the hole to begin with, which made the situation that much more frustrating. Anyway, the contractor had just left a big hole with no cap or flashing for rain to flow freely into the house! I had gone out and purchased some supplies thinking this could be a DIY project, but the roof was too high and steep in that location. Johnny took one look and said the supplies I had were functional but would not be attractive; so he offered to take what I had and in return replaced it with something much better suited at no cost ... low profile, matches the roof etc. Johnny and his wife Michelle are very professional, prompt and efficient! The roof was fixed immediately the next day and no leaks since! I'm looking forward to having Roofing Contractor Solutions come back out for yearly maintenance and to fix another hole a tree has now made!
