+ -1 moreRomeo never pushed us towards any individual house. We did bid on one home but did not win. We bid on another and pulled out after the inspection. We finally bid on a home that we have just closed on. Romeo was with us through the closing which was Murphy's law of miscues. He did all this work even thou we were buying a house under 250K. We were treated as if we were multi-million dollar buyers.
Description of Work: We started searching for a house in the Austin area in March/April 2010. We made multiple trips to Austin for house hunting and saw many, many homes.

+ -1 moreThis agent went above and beyond. He listened to what we wanted. He was not pushy, he was patient. He was professional. He went to homes we thought that we might want to see if it was a property that we would want. He even helped us after the sale. We had the house painted. He and his wife had the keys to the house and opened it up for the painters. Then, he and his wife went to the house and inspected the paint job. We had been looking for a house for months until we found Mr. Manzanilla. He found what we were looking for.
Description of Work: We had this agent find us a second home in the Austin area. We bought a five bedroom home for $219,000. We were not able to be in the state for all of the search.
