Cynthia is great! She's very knowledgeable about areas of Austin and who can do what where. She 's very colorful and easy to talk with. She never made a commitment - even a throwaway kind of statement - without following up on it. For instance, we were talking about leasing our first house as a rental property and she casually mentioned that she could show us the lease she personally uses. She did that, sent us the name of a good broker, sent us some information about rental properties on-line, sent us a report of what properties in our neighborhood would lease for, etc. She sent us house listings to look at every day and when we were ready to look at some houses in person, she sent us a more intensive list and took us everywhere we wanted to go. She listened to us and made a few suggestions, but she listened to us even when we disagreed with her. Overall, we liked her taste and she had a good sense of things we would like. She also has a really good sense of what the personalities of different neighborhoods are. We thought she was great, and would definitely use her again.
