+ 3 moreI’m a homeowner burned by the deception and dishonesty of Rick Martinez GC. He took a large deposit and then NEVER performed the work and refuses to refund the deposit he charged. Rick had previously done good work for me, but on the 2nd project he asked for money down and then skipped out. Beware of Rick Martinez. He is a dishonest and a liar.
