My experience with Aaron at Rhino Austin was excellent. He made suggestions about the windows that I wouldn't have thought of, like offering the suggestion of a window in the kitchen that offered a view with no frame in the way (the way a slider has a frame in the middle of the window). When I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to the obscure glass in the living area, he suggested that I get a frosted film to put on it and even sent me websights that sold the film. Which I did order and am very pleased. He was quick to answer any questions I had. He also suggested a company, Austin retrofit, to install my windows and I ended up using them and they were great! (I submitted a report on them also.) My experience with Aaron was wonderful. He sells a energy efficient, beautiful, affordable product that has increased the efficiency and value of my home. Not to mention, my home's appearance has changed for the better and looks great with the new windows.
