REYTECH COMPUTER REPAIRS

Took my computer monitor to Rey Tech on the recommendation of a friend. They listened closely to my description of what happened when the monitor image disappeared, told me what they thought it might be, and gave me an estimate of what they thought it might cost ($40.00). But they asked me to leave it overnight to give them time to run a more thorough diagnostic. I called around noon the next day & learned they had completed the diagnostic but had determined a part was needed & they needed an additional day to locate the part. The following day, they advised me they had been unable to locate the part and it was no longer being manufactured, so I would need to get a new monitor. I picked the monitor up and was not charged anything for running the diagnostic. In addition, they answered questions I had about what to look for when shopping for a new monitor. They did what they said they would in the time they said they would. they were responsive to my questions, and they were able to talk to a non "techie" in language I could understand. Close to home! NOTE: Above & Beyond - I dropped my glasses case, with glasses in it, in their parking lot. Someone found it after it had been run over, but the glasses were unharmed and they went to the trouble to call me to find out if the glasses might be mine.
