It started off professional and ended unprofessional. Andrew Serrato started off kind but eventually his lies fluffed up. Since the proposal was not as specific it gave him enough room. to back off on some things that you would consider to be part of the project. He did not show up the last day and left a pile of mess by the garage that he promised he will come back to pick up. He promised to send a cleaning lady to clean up the construction area —kitchen- clean floors that were sticky after the project was done.. neither him nor the cleaning lady showed up last day. Bottom line — don’t believe in everything Andrew Serrato says he will do for you. Hold on to the payment until the very very last until you feel the project is completed the way it was supposed to be.

The job took longer than anticipated, but this was due to factors beyond anyone's control. Overall, I am very pleased with the finished project and Andrew was incredibly easy to work with.
Description of Work: This was an almost complete bathroom remodel. The job included: 1) removing walls 2) repositioning of tub and toilet 3) installation of new lighting and electrical outlets 4) installation of new vanity 5) tiling of bathroom and master closet floor 6) installing tile back-splash around tub and vanity I purchased all materials.
The tile installation took one day longer to get started than originally promised, then was installed quickly and looks great. After several days (even up to a week at times) of delays and no-shows (and constant lies about deadlines from the project manager, Andrew Serrato), the kitchen cabinets were painted, hardware installed (poorly), vent-hood installed (unevenly), and living/dining areas painted. Quality of this work was not great, but the prices were very good. A new drawer was constructed and installed, which promptly broke, showing very poor construction. Andrew agreed to fix it, and came to pick the drawer up and fix it. After setting times to return and reinstall the drawer, Andrew stood us up 4 separate times with no phone calls to explain (even after "promising" that he would), and he has since not returned any calls. We have now given up and have hired someone else to finish the project. The workers at Residential Solutions are kind and hardworking, including Andrew. However, whenever he actually did show up with the team to do work, he explained that he was leaving OTHER people in the lurch to do our work. Also, we heard some of his team mention that their pay was late.
Description of Work: Tile backsplash installed, interior walls and trim in living and dining areas painted, minor cabinet and drawer remodeling performed in kitchen, cabinets repainted in kitchen, new kitchen cabinet hardware installed, kitchen vent-hood installed

Contractor showed up late every day and didn't bring the right tools. They had to borrow our tools to do the job and then walked off with a pricey hack saw. Didn't finish the cleanup and left me with a huge mess. Made an appt. to remove the trash and they never showed up. Didn't bother to do a decent job on the trim work. Left some of their stuff behind when they were overly anxious to leave on a Friday afternoon. Original bid was completely wrong and he wanted even more money at the end of the job. Wouldn't recommend.
