They were okay. We had to have them back several times over a year to repair the job that they did, but after all, it was good. One of the windows was leaking and they didn't seem to be able to fix it, but they finally did. The quality of the product is good, but the price is bad.

They did a good job. I like the windows quite a bit. We've got these picture windows in the back and a big, sliding window. It's my parents old house and everything was really dark in here. So I liked the way it lightened up the house. I like the quality of their windows. They were a little expensive.

The end result was okay but their salespeople push too hard. They make promises that they don't keep. They talked about how small a gap that they would cut to fit the window in to where it was going to be like 1/16 of an inch on each side. It was more like three quarters of an inch on each side. They filled that all with foam and sealed it. I don't like promises like that. It's so outrageous and they don't do it. In the middle of the job, they took off to go and work on another job and didn't tell me that it was going to be several hours. I could have gone and ran errands instead of sticking around the house and waiting for them. I thought they went to lunch. That's where it ticked me off.

It was fabulous! I mean unbelievable! There was not one speck of dust left. From beginning to end there was no bad experience. They were more than willing to work with us to see what we could do to get the price down. We didn't look at anybody else. There is no negative. The windows matched the color of the paint.

The price sounded like a lot but it was a lot of glass and a lot of doors. We had a couple of little glitches but they really worked on it. When we dealt with them, the person in charge was different then their current Austin site manager. We went with them and they are very expensive. If we could get a quality door that was less expensive, we would probably go with someone else. We really wanted a reputable company to do this work but there are other good companies so it is not likely that we will use them again because of the cost factor.

Not great actually. We had a bit of an issue with them. We just had windows that they ordered the wrong thing. It was pretty much a very negative experience. We'd actually used them before, and it wasn't a negative experience, so we tried them again, but the second time, it was a much less than desirable. They started in May. Part of the issue, they found some structural issues that took a while before they could actually get the old doors out and the new doors in. So, part of those, the house had an issue, but they had actually ordered the wrong things actually they have ordered the patio door with the door was swinging in the wrong way, the two outside doors were the wrong size. So, they had to reorder all of that. The two windows went on right away. The three doors were all the wrong thing. They actually reordered everything and then they came back with the patio door, and it was still the wrong thing. So, it was pretty much a mess. They did come back and reduced the cost to kind of make up for it. This was an awful experience, so I have to give them an "F".

They came when they said they would.  They said that the windows will be ready at this time and it was.  They came, installed it and they didn't mess anything up.  It was great.
