We didn’t pay anything because we were the buyers and the seller of the house paid. I don’t know how much he made. I assume it’s probably 10%, but I really don’t know. We were first time home buyers and Bill is really good with first time home buyers. He told us about things that we didn’t know. He was good about showing us properties and explained the good as well as the bad parts of the houses that we looked at knowing that we didn’t know a whole lot about it. He is a really nice guy and knowledgeable about the market. I don’t think he is more expensive than anyone else and I think he is a standard operator.
Description of Work: Bill Morris is the real estate agent who helped us purchase a house in February of this year. He works for Re/Max.
