You can NOT rely on Reliant Peat Control. I finally gave in to a door knocker and it ended up being a bad decision. The salesman was super high pressure but promised a smooth experience and said he’d get me “the very best deal” for everything at $40 a month. I decided to give it a shot… big mistake. He told me a technician would come by the next day at 4 p.m. to treat both the inside and outside. I told him that time worked perfectly. Well, 4 p.m. came and went. Then 5 p.m. Still no one. No call, no text, nothing. My wife had to leave for a grocery pickup around 5:55, and, of course, the guy shows up at 6:05 without any warning. He sprays the outside and leaves by 6:20. No courtesy call, no warning, just showed up late, completed half the job, and bounced. I talked to the Reliant and explained what happened. They apologized and said they’d come back to do the inside, but for over a week later. I asked if they had anything sooner and was told I could call back every day to check for cancellations. I’m sorry, but I shouldn’t have to chase them down to fix a mistake they made. To top it all off, two days after the spray, my front porch was full of new wasps. So clearly, it didn’t do much. At that point, I was done. I paid the early termination fee ($120) and the first service fee ($80). I did sign the contract, so that’s on me, but the way the rep pressured me into signing on the spot felt shady. It was a hard sell with zero follow-through and unhelpful support. I wouldn’t recommend Reliant Pest Control to anyone. Door knockers don’t give you the time or space to properly research, and this ended up being a frustrating and disappointing experience. Lesson learned.

I was told this was a NO CONTRACT, CANCEL AT ANYTIME. When trying to cancel this service, the sales man Elijah proceed to not understand the word NO. I had to get my fiancé involved and Elijah then proceeded to call us RUDE because he didn’t understand the “jokes” behind my fiancé telling him to cancel the service. I have this ALL in text.. and proceeded to call us RUDE again. And is refusing to cancel service and provide us with a manager phone number. The mosquito service is garbage. We have swarms of mosquitos everywhere. And we still have spiders and Ants. Even after calling them to tell them we still had bugs, they sent someone out- and we STILL have spiders and Ants. But Elijah said he “expects” us to give him another chance to make it right? How many chances are we as customers “expected” to give companies that screw up!??? And then to continue to be PUSHY??? Unacceptable! Company is still refusing to cancel the service.I emailed the company telling them what was going on and they sent me a bill for an additional 6 months of service!! What happened to the low cancellation fee? Why am I being charged for 6 months of service when I am not getting the services? Horrible company. And I will be reporting them to the BBB

After years of being a customer I would not recommend. We have been a long time customer, but began having real issues with our experience after a move to our new home. We cannot keep consistent service and technicians, the treatments were not helpful, and the office would say that someone would call me back and then they did not. I would schedule a service call, agree on services, and then the call would not go as promised. They say they treat attics, then would not treat attics. They said a manager was coming out and then a manager did not come out. Reliant charged me for a yearly ant prevention called "Top Choice." I would call saying I saw ants and needed service, but their people would come without the product. One day recently I was told they do not carry top choice and have never carried that product- that they use a lesser product. They also explained that their technicians are not certified to use Top Choice or the second product. No refund was given or offered. Reliant Pest control had no problems when it came to billing me and taking my payments, but they did not provide the service that they charged for. They go through technicians and I can only guess that if they treat their employees like they do their customers, it would explain the poor service and the turn around of employees.

I have had Reliant come twice so far to exterminate my home.  From the very beginning, meeting with Zac to begin our service plan, to the technicians coming, I have been very pleased.  On both occasions Will Leshikat. the service technician was very professional and informative. Being a new home in a new neighborhood, with homes still under construction, we were seeing several spiders, ants, etc.  However, since the treatment we have not had a problem, even with the recent rain.

The serviceman was very polite and courteous towards my home. He was very quick and efficient and guaranteed a followup on the traps in a couple of weeks to make sure the pest are gone.
