Description of Work: Repaired a deck and my fence after a drunk driver came through the fence and in my backyard and hit the deck. Made improvements to deck, installed new fence.

Description of Work: We own a Modular home that was built in the 1980's that had fallen into a state of dis-repair and needed alot of work to make it liveable again. The home had 1450 square feet of flooring made particle board that needed to be replaced with 3/4" plywood flooring, two bathrooms that needed all new fixtures, including converting tubes into walk-in showers, replacing floors in these baths with tile floors and new tiled walls for the enlarged shower stalls. We also choose to use Laminate flooring on the rest of the home which required removing kitchen cabinets, appliances and other structures so that all the flooring could be replaced. We also wanted to re-frame and replace the entry door with a modern leaded glass door. We began looking for a contractor who was capable of doing the entire project and received three quotes using Angie's List contractor's listings. When I spoke with Mr. Bill Stucky with Reliable Restoration & Remodeling I knew I had found someone that understood the scope of this project and he had experience in dealing with modular homes. We wrote a contract with Reliable Restoration & Remodeling and stipulated the start date, pricing and expected completion date. From the beginning of the project I knew He was the right company and the right choice. He was informative and professional in selecting the best materials at the best prices for each phase of this restoration. The workmanship on restoring and replacing this home back to a," better than new", status was a tribute to his workmanship and dedication to this project . He and his crew were on the job every day, all day and always in touch. He finished this project in a little over three weeks and ahead of the deadline that we had in our contract . He also completed the project at the contracted price and did all of the clean-up upon completion. We could not be more pleased with the results and working with Bill made the project a real learning experience for me as well. DJ
