Marcus was given a check for $2000 as down payment on a $3800 project to build out a master suite closet. That was May 31, 2008. He has not delivered a single thing, however, has made well over 10 appointments to deliver with each time ending up with him not showing and no call. Marcus has lied continually about any progress and has ignored all certified mail demanding a refund as well as inquiries from the Better Business Bureau. In a nutshell, avoid this guy like the plague.

Marcus was supposed to essentially gut our kitchen with regards to cabinets, crown molding, foot plates, drawer installs, etc. He fell off the face of the earth after completing 85% of the job and really only needing a few days to finish up, left the job in disarray. He took almost five hundred dollars to order our knobs & pulls for the cabinets and never ordered them and as I said fell off the face of the earth, not retuning phone calls, etc. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS GUY FOR YOUR CABINETRY...YOU WILL REGRET IT. MARCUS MCNAC is his name regardless of his company name at the time. His helpers name is Donnie, a real piece of work this guy is. His work is really nice but his install of the work scratched and drilled holes all over the doors, etc as he mis-measured for the size of the doors, glass for the doors, hinges, you name it. As if it was his first job. He was referred to us by Bruce Tabor which was going to do the job but got too busy and so referred the work to Marcus.
