Real Green Pest Control and Lawn Care

They do eight services a year. I almost have no interaction with them. They treat my lawn, fertilization and for ants also. I'm on an annually contract with them, so I prepay everything upfront. The service is definitely not bad, but the techs do not offer me any suggestions or anything additional with my lawn. I understand it can be challenging as a driver to speak with the customers and sell stuff. Their price is probably the biggest reason I use them. I'm sure if I used someone that charges more I would get more. When I have had to call them they have gotten back to me soon. They schedule me on their route and leave me a notice at the door when they've been there.

Everything went well. The only thing I can ding them on is the company providing equipment without the necessary tools for their staff to fix. One of their machines broke down and if I were not there to lend them the necessary tools, they would have had to make a return trip. The staff that did the work was excellent. They were very knowledgeable, dependable, provided excellent service and the results cannot be argued with. My lawn has not looked this good in years. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them throughout the coming year.

Pretty well. They came at the wrong time (I wasn't home) and I had some questions about the aeration. They offered to come and do it again while I was home, and we got better penetration the second time (this was my first time to ever have this done). They were great about making sure I was happy with the results - and I am.

Approx cost is $30 per month. We've seen improvement in the weeds but not as much as we'd like. Insects are getting inside the house, so pest control not as well as we like.

Bugs are getting in the house so that could be better.

I have a yearly contract. The guys that come out are very good, they come out and do their thing and then they leave. They come out when they out when they say they are going to come out, take care of it and I don’t have to be home. The ones I talked to have been very good, professional and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them. I don’t know about price if its super expensive but I feel comfortable enough and I will use them next year.

Looks great and no problems with them on top of it. This is a year long contract. Travis does an excellent job on the sprinklers.

It was good. They charge a flat fee every month. They take it out of my checking account. It's like $49 a month and they charge for extra things if I have them do aeration or something else.

The came and left the materials at my front door as they stated they would do. We had some additional questions and requested additional information via e-mail. They said they sent it but we have not received it. We gave 3 different e-mail addresses and have received nothing. We have tried calling and every time we call the call fails. It is like our numbers have been blocked. It has been a week since our last contact and 2 weeks since they originally came out. I guess they do not need or want the business. It has been a disappointing experience to say the least.

I've been using Real Green for several years now. I do pay annually and get a discount for doing so but it is about $30/month. I used to do my own fertilizing but I just wasn't getting the results no matter what I tried and now my lawn looks significantly better . A couple of times I've called them in between scheduled visits and they came out again at no charge. Yes, I recommend them.

I have used them for years. My neighbors use them also. They will come out for free between treatments if something is wrong. They use quality products.

It improved immediately to become lush, thick, green and require much less watering. Highly recommend the service.

Real green lawns were professional, punctual and courteous. They performed the service and took the time to identify all the sprinkler heads. I would use them again .

They took us for a ride. I saw them do a yard down the street that turned out nice. We inquired with them and they could do it. We ended up with more weeds and I had to go take care of my lawn myself. I ended up with my grass dying. I canceled their contract and they were suppose to send the remainder of my money back and I am still waiting. They said they had to send a manger out before I could cancel my contract, which I found odd because they did not send anyone out when I made a complaint. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I have used real Green for the 2 services noted above. We wanted a green company because we have dogs and young children. The pest control has been good. They are regular, professional, and it seems to work as needed. The lawn treatment is hit and miss. I primarily use them because I have a neighbor who does -0- lawn care and has lawn next to mine that is all weeds that they just mow and I did not want it to spread to my yard. The weed control has been good but my lawn doesn't look much better overall than my other neighbors who don't use any treatment. I paid for the grub work treatment but that hasn't been as effective as I would expect and it seems I always have some kind of lawn disease. Overall, they have controlled weeds well especially given my neighbor's yard but for other issues they haven't been as effective.

Numerous plants died under their care. There was always a reason they gave why it was not their fault, yet we are very conscientious about our lawn and were in constant contact with them. We stayed with them way too long.

The lawn has never looked better. My girlfriend is using them also, with same results. I was previously with Tru Green and my lawn wasn't performing the way I'd like. Their conduct after I cancelled was horrible.

We had treatment by Scott's for a couple years and it was awful. I saw an ad for Real Green on the back of a flyer and called them. They were clear that results would not be over night and that I would have to follow what they said to see good results. I did just that for a year and I have one of the nicest lawn in my neighborhood now. They show up when they are supposed to and do what they promise. They are not the cheapest game in town but they give the best results. A perfect example of you get what you pay for. You can go cheap or you can have a nice lawn. You can't do both.

I have been a customer for three years now. From the beginning, I was explained what was wrong, how long it would take to get my lawn back, and what it would cost. Everything was exactly as said. There were no pushy salespeople, only honest advice. (they even set my sprinkler timer for me and showed me how) I have nothing but positive things to say about these people and recommend them often, as people ask me how I make my lawn look so good.... One answer "Real Green"!

Service is for continual fertilization, weed control, and yard pest control for the year. They come every six weekend apply what is needed for the time of season. My yard has improved significantly, weeds are disappearing, and no yard pests like fire ants, chinchilla, brown spot, etc.

I think they are very competitively priced. They have very friendly customer service. They always call a day or 2 before arriving and will always make sure that all of the services are covered. They do a quality control follow up especially for lawn fertilization and will come out to do any necessary spot treatments.

We had a ton of leaves because of the horrible summer we had last summer. They did an excellent job, they send the same persons back, for our continued care, and they cleared the leaves first of all and we had to get a fertilizer application. I think they provided the care for 8 or 9 months, we were impressed with the first dealings we had with them, It cost us $90 a month, we have a large area. Their products do what they say it will do. We requested them to e - mail us the day before they come out, if something comes up like it is going to rain or something like that, and they have to cancel for that day, then they will notify me that they are not coming and they will let me know when they will come back for the appointment.

The annual cost came to approx 890.00. They come out to evaluate your lawn and my expectations are the lawn should look 'really green'. Yes, they come out and spray this and do that but my lawn does not look any better than it did before. They are responsive and have been each time I have called to question the service.They always have a reason for the problem not improving. Yes, we have been in a drought but I water my lawn more often and longer than any of my neighbors who do their own lawns and some of theirs look better than mine without the high price tag. Go figure. I will give them to the end of the contracted year which is in a few months to allow them the benefit of the doubt for any improvement. They claim it can take a good year and go through Spring to see improvements. I guess we'll see. Not a service I would buy into. Go to Home Depot buy whatever and hire a lawn person to spread it for you if you are not able to do it yourself. That is my next plan. This is in response to Real Green stating they wished I had contacted them before posting a negative comment. I did email and called pointing out my concerns. They even had a supervisor come out to my property. I still stand by that my neighbors lawns looked just as good as mine with out this service and a lot less watering. I will continue my program but paying for minimal routine maintenance.
