Real Green Pest Control and Lawn Care has been providing a green approach since 1989; well before when "Green" was cool. With over 30 trucks in our fleet, we are large enough to get it done in a timely manner, but small enough to give you the personal service you deserve and want. Family owned by Jerry Naiser, an ISA Certified Arborist, Texas Forestry Certified Oak Wilt Specialist and Texas Certified Master Gardener.

Description of Work: Company provided service all last year. When I renewed again for this year I was informed I was out of their service area so they would not honor my renewal which was already paid for. Extremely poor customer service.

Unfortunately, this review is completely false and very misleading. We would NEVER take someones money then refuse to service them. We have been in business for over 25 years because we stand by our word. Although the address listed is Georgetown, Texas (which we do service) the property is located in Walburg, Texas. In order to provide the level of service people should expect from our company we try to keep our service area as tight as possible. Unfortunately, some people fall outside of our service area and we dont want to set ourselves up for failure by providing sub-par service. That can easily happen because it delays our response time to address issues if we are never routed to be in the area. Like almost all companies we want all the business we can get but we are also conscious of not biting of more than we can chew. We serviced this property in 2014 after the customer prepaid for a year of service. Once our technician arrived at the property to service the lawn for the first time he notified our office about the customer being located outside of our service area. (removed member name) had just prepaid for a year of service so we made the decision to honor his prepayment and service the lawn. I called (removed member name) myself to notify him about being outside of our service area on the evening of 03/14/14. I let him know that we will honor his prepay for the year. This year we notified (removed member name) that we would not be able to continue servicing the property due to it being located outside of our service area. He told us he thought the service was great and wanted to pay for another year. We apologized and explained the situation. We let him know that we greatly appreciated his business but wouldn't be able to renew his service for another year. As mentioned above, we never took any payment of course. It is a shame that someone who told us they loved the service and wants to prepay for another year of service now leaves us such a negative review about the service.

I love them.
Description of Work: For pest control we use Real Green Pest Control and Lawn Care. They were out two weeks ago. We pay about $30 a month for their service. I've used them for several years. I believe we originally got something in the mail which is how we found them. We use them just for the pest control.

Description of Work: They treated the interior and exterior of the house for pests. The technician that treats my house is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and always does an excellent job. I haven't had any problems with pests.

Description of Work: They come out every other month. They are very reliable. The first time they came, they sprayed the inside of the house as well. I have been pleased and have not had any problems since they first showed up.
