Ready to Clean Maids

Description of Work: Ready 2 Clean is not ready to clean. They were scheduled to come to my house on May 18. I stayed home all day waiting for them. They never showed. Later claimed they had come but no one was there. I had bought three vouchers from dealfind. Dealfind gave me a creadit for all three vouchers.

Description of Work: I bought 3 vouchers from LivingSocial.com @ $59.00 ea. in April, 2011. I contacted them by email to schedule an appointment in July 2011. I never got a response. I emailed them 4 or 5 times and finally, in Dec 2011, I wrote that I would give them 7 days to respond, otherwise I would ask for a refund and post a negative review on Angie's List. They finally responded. Denied that I sent them numerous emails when I forwarded them my first email to them. Anyway, we exchanged a few emails regarding the time, date,...of the appointment. Their email tone was very rude. Uncooperative. Ex. I told them that I leave the house at 10:15am, they wrote that they come 9:30-10:00. Finally, I had to tell them, they had to come after 10:15, end of story. BTW, they came after 12:30; over 2 1/2 hour late. They charged extra for windows, but I didn't know how much and ask if they could call me to tell me the amount since I work 5 minutes away. Their response was NO. The staff had to be paid then. How rude. How was I to pay when they didn't even know the amount. Anyway, thank goodness they lost the sale. They charged extra for the bathrooms: $25 for master, $15 for additional bathrooms. The unanswered emails(scheduling was done by emails only), lack of decent customer service, 2 1/2 hour late, could have been overlooked if the job was good. It was not. The worst job I have ever seen. The extra money paid for the bathrooms: they didn't do a thing. Not even the toilet. They didn't even dust. All they did was mop the floors. $105.00 to mop the floors for a 1200 sq ft house.
