I sent multiple emails during a 7-day span to this provider requesting availability and a quote for services, never received a single response in return. Why advertise on Angies List if you're going to simply ignore potential customers?

Raul and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. I was the contractor for my household remodel and when I contacted Raul he was very professional and he was there when he promised and worked best for my schedule. He & his team stayed late to get the job finished so I could get the next contractor in. They had all furniture covered and treated with care. Since I was the overall project manager of my remodel he worked to complete it the date I requested. He & his team stayed late at night and on the weekend to complete the work. Raul and his team are true perfectionists.

Excellent !!! The work was completed as contracted and the provider was very helpful in selection and tradeoffs during materials selections and price considerations. The provider protected existing home trim and walls well, worked very steady and completed during the planned interval. Cleanup and removal of the old carpet and vinyl was very complete. As a bonus, thicker padding was provided by Raul and also carpet level was blended into the new tile level perfectly. The carpet was installed perfectly and no seams were visible. They also did a superb job on the hollywood stairs including new fasteners into the steps for added support. Highly recommended !!! Very professional and pleasant team to work with. This upgrade was a very positive help to sale of the home. The cost was very reasonable and very close to other bids I obtained. I have no business association or relation to the provider.

Raul did not cut any corners and did a beautiful job. He also completed the job on time and as promised. I will most certainly be using Raul again for my other rent property when the time comes to replace that flooring.

I was referred to Raul a few weeks ago by a local flooring wholesaler when I needed to replace carpet in a rental house with a hard surface. Raul was extremely accommodating and patient with me as I evaluated several different flooring options (Tile / Laminate / Vinyl / Carpet). It was apparent from the beginning that Raul was an experienced professional with attention to detail He also offered the lowest rates of anyone that I spoke to. I ended up choosing a floating floor composed of vinyl/kevlar interlocking planks sold by home depot (Allure Ultra). Raul and his assistant spent several days prepping my floor with self leveling concrete downstairs, new plywood upstairs and even replaced old toilets in two bathrooms before installing the new flooring material and shoe molding. Raul even hauled away trash created by the painters/carpenters that were working on the house at the same time. I have to say that these floors in this rental house now look better than my primary residence. I will definitely be using him on my next flooring project when my other rent house is ready. Having worked with dozens of contractors in the area, Raul is a rare find.
