I was contacted quickly and was able to schedule an appointment. They arrived asked questions to make of the job that I was needing done, and completed the job in timely manner. They were so friendly, professional and very did a wonderful job. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Luis and his team are professional, reliable, available, expedient and friendly. They give thoughtful suggestions that mix functional and style. After a nightmare of a project with 3 other electricians, Raptor came in and completed the needed work in little time. On top of it all, they were extremely reactive to address any issues after they were done. This is one electrical contractor we'll be calling again.

I got bids from 3 other electricians. No one could do the job but these guys, and they kicked butt.

They were very communicative and on time. They were on time and friendly. They were available by text and phone. They immediately diagnosed the problem and seemed to have fixed it. My concerns are that their prices were very high, they did not leave an invoice or price estimate ( all by text phone). They quoted me based on the project and did not quote me an hourly rate.

these guys are so good it is amazing. great customer services, low(er) prices, great responsiveness, and they finished in about half the time other companies estimated. All in all, a great experience. I recommend them without reservation.

I had an outside GFI outlet that kept tripping the breaker and an inside light switch that wouldn't turn on an outside light, even after I replaced the switch. Luis came out and got both working in about an hour. Great work.

They need to re-evaluate their fees.

Professional services for reasonable price. Polite, explained every steps and pros and cons for available options. Will hire them again if needed. Constant communication by phone, on time. Replaced GFCI and rewired outside outlet which were installed not to code.

On time, friendly, competent

Luis called right away and we agreed on a time the following day to install a new LED light in our garage. He was right on time, very friendly, professional, and the light looks and works great. He left the garage cleaner than he found it. I thought the price was very fair. He even fixed a grounding issue with our internet box. I will definitely use him again for electrical work. A+
