Description of Work: Everything went alright. When he put the ceiling fan up he didn’t install the light pull chain correctly. The pull chain came through the globe wrong so it didn’t work correctly. I had to climb up and take the globe off to adjust the chain so it would work correctly.

+ 0 moreNever on time, never showed up when they were supposed to or had promised to, always late per schedule, cost over runs thru out. Initial contract started at $16K and jumped to $19k!!! Never returns phone calls and by end of day voice mail is so full that cannot take any messages. Poor workmanship to a point that we had to go back and redo wirings. Finally at a point now to where we have to contract a different electrician to come and finish the work as we are not getting a response from Mr. Overley and we have to finish the job.!!! Stay clear and save your money. Randy's electric might have some good apprentices but the owner and master electrician does not know the basics of customer care, courtesy or the first rules of business to return a phone call.
