Randall Crow Roofing

I just bought a house that had a brand new roof on it. 6 days after I moved in the roof started leaking. The leak caused a bunch of damage to my walls. I found out from the seller's agent that Randy Crow had installed the new roof. She had him come over to take a look at the damage. He told me he found where the water was coming in and he would have his employee come fix it. The guy came several days after Randy said he would. Instead of properly repairing the flashing, he filled the hole with asphalt cement. Randy said he was going to fix the roof and my walls under the roof's warranty since it was brand new. He said he wanted me to be happy with his work so that I would use him in the future and recommend him to other people. However, after the roof was patched Randy stopped answering the phone. He didn't return any of my calls or emails. After weeks ofo no response, I threatened Randy with a lawsuit. He finally responded. He told me he would come over two days in a row; the first day to fix my walls, the second day to paint them. He did make an appearance to patch the drywall, but he did an awful job. He left a large section of damaged wall untouched. Not surprisingly, Randy never showed up the second day to paint. He has not returned any of my calls or emails since. It is now more than 2 months later and my roof still leaks, my walls are still damaged and unpainted. Under no circumstances should you hire Randy or anyone who works for him. He is completely unprofessional, untruthful and unreliable.
