Gail and Bill Quigley are very good real estate agents. They are honest, hard working, and experienced. At the beginning, they explained in detail the major steps of buying property. While visiting properties, they pointed out potential problems or a lack of them. During (and after) the contract period, they advised which professionals were needed to evaluate potential problems, and when to schedule them. They accompanied me during the evaluations so that they also understood issues. Without their extensive help, buying my house would not have been possible. Gail has more experience with real estate transactions, while Bill is more involved with technical issues. Both are friendly, responsive, and helpful. They already have plentiful experience, yet are always interested in learning more and improving their knowledge. They advised me with their own opinions, but they worked according to my interests. I never expected real estate agents to be so useful and dependable.
