+ -1 moreIf you want to see your estimate jump up, then use these people. I am allergic to any type of perfume. When I told David this, he then said he would get some different material. He was back about 1/2 hour later and only after the bill was then itemized was I advised that this cost an additional $25. I also noted that there was no vacuuming of the carpet after it was supposed to be cleaned. I ran my roomba robot vacuum later and it filled up the container with debris picked up after their supposed cleaning. This is not a company I would recommend or use again.

+ -1 moreWe couldn't be more pleased! Nic was on time, courteous, and even called to confirm the visit on his way. He is a super friendly guy and took care of everything. The carpet took on a super creamy finish- quite different from the matted, spotted mess it was before. I knew exactly what the price would be before he arrived and felt relieved with no hidden costs or fees. In the past, I have had problems with super low quotes being given only to find out about all the extras the day of. I enjoy knowing that I am supporting a small business owner and someone who is working full-time to make his dream happen. I would definitely recommend Nic and have him clean our carpets again!
Description of Work: Our carpet was a mess! Three years of living with a dog, housemates, visitors, and everyday living had really taken its toll on our light-colored, plush covering. After redecorating and a spring cleaning, we decided it was time to have the carpets cleaned. Nic to the rescue! He first vacuumed our living room, hallways, and three bedroom areas. He then sprayed all vacuumed areas with a fresh-smelling cleaning solution before using a professional-looking buffer to really massage and shampoo it in. Finally, he combed out the surface so that the fibers stood up straight. It took less than an hour for the carpets to fully dry-- plenty of time to grab dinner and come back home to a fresh carpet.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the work that Nic did for my home. There was a few stains in my carpet that he managed to get out fortunately! I would definitely use this service again!! The job got done and I am happy.
