We chose Quality Roofing based on their great reviews. We were not disappointed. The roof on our fixer rental was a mess, looked terrible, and leaking like a sieve. The previous owners had it replaced quite recently but unfortunately on the cheap to save money. They got what they paid for. Even the inspection revealed that the roof was not installed correctly. People would try to patch the resulting leaks without knowing what they were doing and it was a mess up there. Enough is enough. We wanted it redone the right way. Quality roofing did an outstanding job and the roof looks spectacular. They replaced all the flashings including the cricket around the chimney. The price was fair for what they did and they provided high end work. They even installed a ridge vent at no extra charge. The neighborhood where the property resides has now been elevated and neighbors are starting to see that they actually live in great location. As a result, they are starting to fix their yards up and take pride in their neighborhood for the first time in years.

It went well. They were very patient with me as I had a few family emergencies come up between the time I first called them and they did the work. They always showed up when they said they would. They did a good and thorough job. The sales rep was extremely professional and easy to work with.

The initial response was fantastic! Prompt and professional. I was presented with all my options. A small hiccup delayed completion of the project due to technical difficulties with computer software. Once I let the company know about the hiccup the response was immediate. My job was scheduled and completed within four days. The office was efficient and the workers were professional and polite. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and will be happy to refer them to other clients.

They listened to what I wanted and were fairly quick with their turnaround time. They were willing to work around my schedule because I work night shifts; they could have been beating around the roof when I was sleeping. They were very responsive and completed the work in a day. I have a seriously big house and they were very thorough in what they did. They cleaned up really well when they were done; everything looks good. I just went through a monsoon recently and there were no leaks which was wonderful thing because it was leaking before they did the job. The sales man for lack of a better word was very friendly. He explained things that I had questions about which nobody would have expected out of a sales man. I never met the foremen but he was very responsive when I had a question about something that they did not follow through that they said they were going to do; he was out here the same day and finished it. Their prices are painful but competitive. They were not the most expensive by any shot but they were not the cheapest as well. Their work survived a big rain.

Great follow up, the crew knocked our project out in one day. Clean up was very thorough.

SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE

Quality Roofing installed a new roof on our house and detached garage. The house, an Austin City landmark, had many complicated valleys and other details including a turret. Prior to stripping the old roof off, Quality constructed wooden scaffolding so that all of the elaborate mature landscaping and koi pond were fully protected from flying debris. We did not have a single hedge broken. The work was performed on. time and on budget. Their crews were extremely punctual [they arrived promptly at 7 A.M. to start work] courteous and efficient. The entire reroof of both buildings took only three days because they sent nine men to the job site and their foreman clearly knew what he was doing and how to direct their crew. My wife and I interviewed and obtained estimates from a lot of roofers before selecting this company and we were EXTREMELY pleased with every aspect of their work.

We were told by the people putting up our Christmas lights that we had some major roof damage that needed addressing. Quality Roofing gave us a fair appraisal and pointed out a couple of improvements which would save on our electric bill. They were completely sincere and very professional so we were happy to have them perform the work. The crew arrived on time on the agreed upon date, went straight to work and completed the entire job by dinner time that evening. We were totaly impressed! They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves for we have found no debris left behind. We would happily recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. They did an amazing job!

The whole crew at Quality Roofing were great. They were prompt in providing me with an estimate and they were also very professional. When I decided to use their services they were equally prompt in arranging the installation. They do meticulous work and even cleaned up after themselves! I strongly recommend Quality Roofing.

I called Quality Roofing and explained that there was something not looking right on my roof (a shingle appeared to be out of place but it was hard to tell due to the height of the roof) and spoke to a friendly employee who suggested that I email a picture that I had taken of the damage. An estimator was supposed to follow up but I did not receive a call back. A few weeks later I followed up with them and they apologized and said I would be contacted shortly. I received a call the same day and then an estimator came out the next day. The repair was done the following week and it looks fine.

We had a hole in the shingles of the roof, on a corner cap. I called Quality Roofing and talked to Tyler. He was helpful, responsive, and quick to deal with my issue. We had an appointment set, and he called and said that the could actually come one day earlier, and I didn't even need to be there. He took a picture of the problem for me, made the repair, and it was DONE! I would definitely use Quality Roofing again...thanks Tyler!

Quality Roofing did a great job fixing the leak in my roof. Tyler was very professional and responsive and answered all my questions. He came out quickly to provide an estimate and then scheduled the work that same week. Big rain this weekend and no more leaking roof! Thank you! I will definitely use them again for any future roof repairs.

I hear good things about them. We called them because we found a couple of shingles on the ground and had some pine needles on our roof that needed to be cleaned off. We go away for the summers and wanted to have this checked before we left. We live way out in the country so it was really amazing that were willing to come out and agreed to replace the missing shingles. We have an extraordinary roof, we have three stories and it is very steep. They are appreciative and fairly young. They did everything like they said they would. They have a very good reputation and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Since this was a small job only one person was required. Albert did an excellent job. The job took 1 1/2 days. He came early & worked late the first day. He finished the second day & cleaned up everything. His work was excellent. We looked to Angies List for a credible roofer for a small roofing repair. Quality Tops Roofing met the challenge and did a great job plus they made improvements that were definitely needed. We highly recommend Quality Tops Roofing.

Highly recommended. Rick J arrived got on the roof and did the measurement thing, sat down with his tablet and gave me an estimate in about 30 minutes. CAD and 3D view. Great crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day.

Joseph came and did the initial inspection and proposal, and he was very pleasant and professional. Taylor the project manager, is also nice to work with and knows his stuff. The crew of 5 men completed the job in about half a day and cleaned up when they were done.Pricing was very good. We received excellent value. I highly recommend Quality Roofing.

They did an excellent job and we are very happy with them. They came the day they were supposed, they were very professional. They did a quiet job. They cleaned up very well after the job. The price was very fair.

They were very good as far as I am concerned after having been a builder for 37 years. They had a good crew and did a good job. There were a bit of scheduling problems but they did the work in a timely manner. They were great and I would definitely use them again.

The quote was for about $3200. I liked his courtesy and his followup. He was prompt and his bid was fair. He was on time. I will use him again in the future.

We are just in the process of getting estimates. They were great and very professional. They spent a lot of time out on the site and talked through options and promptly sent us estimates. They are one of the companies that we are considering for the work.

Great. After signing the contract the work was done immediately on the separate garage and completed while the metal and other arrangements were made for the big house. Joseph worked with our insurance company and was extremely professional. He responded to every question and concern with patience and professionalism. I never had a problem reaching him or receiving a very quick response. The roofers were on our property for over two weeks due to the extent of detail and attention required. The gutters were the final replacement and they also look great. All of the workers were skilled and worked in an efficient and timely manner. I highly recommend Oak Tree Roofing and especially Joseph Robertson. He is definitely one of the best contractors I have worked with in 25 years of home ownership.

The company did not seem to be put off by a small job even though its primary business is commercial and residential roofing. Our roof is three stories and very steep...pine needles had collected in roof valleys weathering the roof.. The job was bid and completed...when asked how I could appreciate my thanks, I was told about Angie's List. As a former teacher, I understand how meaningful letters or reports to the "principal really are. Thank you to my contractor and to Angie's list...I now have a new source of important information that will help us get things done!
