Description of Work: Replaced roof, removed poorly installed ridge vent and restored roof to original condition with new plywood, repaired leak at flashing around chimney. Work was done satisfactorily, efficiently. No leaks at next heavy rain. Debris in attic from wood replacement was excessive but work was OK otherwise.

Description of Work: Replaced broken roof tiles, cleaned flashing areas so that water would drain, and sealed around vent pipes. |Estimate was for substantial more work, which turned out to not be needed. I was billed the full amount, and had to renegotiate price since the work was only about 40% of estimate. They renegotiated in good faith. Only suprise was that they used a contractor.

Description of Work: The workers arrived on time and prepared to work. The foreman discussed the details of the project while his helper set up. I was very pleased with the high level of service both customer and work.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof, including lots of rotted wood in the decking. Their bid was slightly higher than others, but completely worth it. Extremely professional and thorough, great communication, and beautiful work. Highly recommend.
