They never called to schedule and I never had them provide the service.

The door now closes uneven so there is a gap at one end when it is closed completely.

The arrival time agreed on meant very little, and communication about arrival time changes was none. The tech arrived at her house 30 min-an hour earlier than agreed on for a morning job. She wasn't going to work anyway, so it turned out OK. She was happy with the work they did for her. I think they might have replaced some wheels on her door, but maybe just adjusted and oiled things. esThe worker did a good job, and behaved appropriately. My sister was happy with the job done. Just a bit of a scramble when the garage door guy arrived early.

He was quick and did a good job. I had problem with one of the sensors. He fixed it and made sure everything was okay.

It went well. They came out three times. They did the tune-up for the price that they said they would. I was asking them about some replacement on the openers. So they came back and we agreed upon a price. They came back and put two new openers and gave me a good price. They then came back the next day because we thought they weren't working but it wasn't their problem. The doors weren't working. I believe we weren't sure what the problem was. They came back the same day we called. They were nice about it. They determined that it was an electrical issue and not a problem with the installation. They didn't charges us extra. I thought that was good.

Everything turned out fine and scheduling went well. One technician came out and it was very quick job. It took about 30 minutes. I felt the price was great for what they did.

Blew off appt and then got no further responses from them.

My husband worked with this company and had a good impression. The tech was nice and everything went well. The tech told my husband that the garage door was on its last leg, and sure enough, a couple months later it broke down. I called them about getting the door fixed. They came out the same day that we had them to install our new opener.

Prompt and friendly service

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were very good and we were very pleased. They did the rollers and everything they said they would do. It was a positive experience. They showed up on time and everything went the way we had hoped.

Said metal rollers should be replaced by plastic ones to reduce noise level. Said it would cost $99. Showed him $55 off certificate. Said it didn't apply. Overall, the $39 I paid was way too much for the work he did. Took about 5 minutes. Wfuld never use again

Servicemen were very professional. Prompt and courteous. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it highly.

Appointment was originally scheduled for Friday [early Sept] They were a no show. I talked with the owner who rescheduled for Saturday [next day] Again, no show and no phone call. [See your records] I again, talked with the owner and again rescheduled for Monday. He claimed the reason for their no-show was that he was overloaded with people using this offer. On Monday, a technician did show up and only replaced the rollers. His work was satisfactory. I requested a cost estimate for an overhaul of the garage door. I never received one! I won't use them again!

It was also great. I was very impressed. He was very quick. I think he was in and out of here in less than half an hour but the garage door now is almost silent when it opens and closes. It opens and closes smoothly so I just wish I hadn't waited too long.

He called promptly to make an appointment and was very pushy about wanting to come out right then. He came out and changed my rollers but did nothing else except tell me i needed a new garage door opener -- no lubricating or tightening of anything. The deal I bought was for a garage door tuneup and roller change which for this company apparently means only changing the rollers. A couple of months later some screws fell out of my door rendering the door inoperable. I called him out again since I was still under the assumption that the screws should've been checked for tightness during the tuneup appointment. He came out promptly and said that tightening the screws was not part of the tuneup service and refused to retighten the screws saying that if .I continued to use the door without replacing the garage door opener that it would break and possibly fly through the ceiling and the roof causing great damage. He again told me that I needed a new garage door opener and offered me a price. He said if anyone else came out and worked on the door my warranty would be invalid. When I asked him what warranty he was talking about, he was unable to articulate the details. I called another company who came out and fixed my door and gave me great service above and beyond what was expected and charged me an extremely reasonable price.

If I had it to do over again I wouldn't have it done. Because I don't feel I got the bang for my buck for time or service. And over lubrication of the rails which flowed out on my garage floor and made a mess.

Everything went well, the door is much quieter . They also adjusted the sensors so the door closed on a consistent basis.

They were very prompt in getting back to me to set appointment. We agreed on a time and the service man was right on time. It only took about a half hour and he was done. Gret job

They did a great job and everything works properly. Their response was prompt, they were professional and courteous.

Went very well. Took much less time to accomplish than I would have expected. Made a major difference in the noise my garage door makes while opening and closing. I.e., no longer heard throughout the neighborhood. Joe was professional and there was no attempt to sell my anything I didn't need, despite the age of my garage door opener. I would use these folks again.

Austin Garage Door Solutions is awesome. I'm glad that I made this choice by trusting Angie's list reviews instead of going with my Home Warranty Insurance. I was out of town on business when a spring on our garage door broke. I had my wife call Austin Garage Doors Solutions. Here is her experience in her words: "I highly recommend AGDS I called Joe at AGDS at 8:00 am and he was at my house by 9:00 am that day. He was clean cut, friendly and I didn't fee uncomfortable having him at the house. I needed one spring replaced for sure but Joe offered me a discount if I had both springs done at the same time. They often break close to each other over time and it was a chance to have two fresh springs installed for slightly more than just the one. He was informative about replacing both springs, but wasn't pushy at all!
