My central heat failed, on Saturday, on the coldest day of the year with ice storms predicted. Although I was sure they were closed, I called Quality A/C and was told that they were very busy but would try to fit me in. Within a few hours their technician arrived, diagnosed the problem as a leaking vent stack dripping water on the electronic control box. He fixed the leak but told me that he didn't have the part which had shorted out and would have to return on Monday. About an hour later he called to say that he had found a used part and would return and try to get my heat restored, which he did. The ice storm did hit, on Monday, shutting down Austin. A Quality A/C technician returned on Wednesday to replace the used part. Without the dedication of these men we would have had to spend the weekend with relatives since the temperature was below freezing most of those three days. This sort of customer care is almost unknown these days.

The person answering the phone was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. She scheduled the service call and then called me thirty minutes prior to tell me the technician was in route. He arrived a little early and immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was courteous, professional, and pleasant.
