Pure Aroma Cleaning

Pure Aroma Cleaning have been phenomenal. I love them. They come on a weekly basis and clean my house top to bottom. That includes deep cleaning, the bathrooms and the kitchen. Dusting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming. They also change the sheets on my bed and will make my bed for me - which I love! They use all environmentally friendly products, which is a big deal in Austin. They dust my mini blinds and clean my baseboards and do my ceiling fans. They have good attention to detail. They don't do laundry, and I don't know that that is a service they provide. I've been using them for three months or so. They are very trustworthy. They are insured and bonded. I give them the key to the house and they have the security code and I've had my jewelry here and my gun, and they've not messed with anything. I work sometimes, so a lot of the time I'm here, but sometimes I'll go and work out while they are here, and will leave them here. The first few times they came I made sure I was here the entire time, but when I got to know the girl who had been assigned to clean my house, her name is Katy and she is the sweetest girl in the whole wide world. She is not actually from down here, she is from Pittsburgh and I've really liked her. She is a no-nonsense girl and got to know how I wanted things to be in the house, and does a great great job. She folds my toilet paper like they do at a hotel! So it makes you feel all special when you go to the bathroom. It is just little things like that. When I had my car wreck, the owner would have Katy go and pick up soup from somewhere, and she would bring me, for several weeks, a cup of soup. The first time that they came to clean, I had them do a deep clean, so there were three of them that came. They brought me a bottle of lavender soap, a good brand, and it was a thank you for hiring them. They are just so thoughtful! I tell everyone if they want someone to clean their house that they are bonded and insured and fit the image, this is a great company. I get the same person every time at the same time every week. They are so punctual that I could set my watch by her. She pulls up exactly at 9 o'clock every Monday. I am having to move to join my husband so the house is covered in boxes, and I will have them come and do a final clean once everything is packed up. She is such a helper. My new house is three hours away and so I won't be using them any more. They bring all their own cleaning products and mop and vacuum.
