I am Very happy with their work! I will absolutely book them again!!! I requested a basic cleaning, last minute, am very particular about customer service and expectations, they went far above. I suggest getting the quote detail in writing, as a customer, unfortunately, my Spanish is not good. Google Translate works great for communication. It was important to them that they understood my requests. Virginia and Gabriel are 2 person team and have assistants help carry out the work. They had prior careers and have chosen the Service industry. We are lucky! They arrived early, were very friendly and got right to work, after they allowed me to show what I needed. I have several plants and they were meticulous and careful to care for them and make sure no chemicals damaged them. I was there and was moving a few things out of their way, and they jumped in and helped. They worked hard, quickly and even washed my tall outside windows, vacuumed not just the outside of the furniture, but removed all cushions and even moved the furniture to clean underneath. They also wiped out and reorganized the inside of the refrigerator and folded laundry, extremely neatly, and again, that was not expected. Those requests were not detailed prior, but they took great initiative. When they left, they had started laundry and to my pleasant surprise returned to finish!!!! They did extra even after I thought they were finished, paid them, and complimented their hard work and effort. In addition, they did all of the above in less time than we booked!!! Give these girls a chance, communicate, and you will be very pleased. They are a pleasure to work with and I know their business will continue to be very successful.

Very poorly. Said would steam clean yet has no steam cleaner. Said would deodorizer for dog odor; did not. Said would apply carpet protector and did not. They did get some bad spots out
