I hired these "electricians" in July 2011. They sent over Brian to do the work. He was here on and off for about a week. He would come and work for an hour or two, then leave. Our job was never a priority and it was a large master bath remodel. On top of taking forever to finish things, he did horrible work! The switches didn't work, things weren't wired properly - everything was done poorly. I told the Jared, who does their scheduling, to send their other electrician over to fix Brian's mess. But he kept giving me excuses of why they couldn't come to fix things. So after a few days of excuses I called the owner and told him either they fix their work or I'm suing them. That got their attention and the owner and another electrician Raul, fixed Brian's mess. They also gave me an invoice saying that I had only paid them $712 dollars up to that point. i thought that I had paid more, but i took them on their word and wrote them a bunch of checks for construction draws and change orders, etc. Well, I should have checked my records because I HAD paid them over $2000!! They gave me BOGUS invoices saying i had only paid $712! Scam artists! Once they cashed the new checks we actually overpaid them! We had paid a total of $3000!!! I told them they better come back and finish the job becuase with all the change orders we would be paid in full. Jared said of course! no problem. Well its a few weeks later we are ready for final fixtures to go up. I can't get them to come back. They keep coming up with lame excuses of why they can't come and need to reschedule. The only way I can get them here is threatening a lawsuit. thats ridiculous that I have to use the court system to get them to do something that they were paid to do. by the way - this job started in july and its november 3 and i'm still fighting with them.
