Premium siding was fast, efficient and detailed in our siding replacement. I will definitely reach out to them for future jobs.

I received quotes from multiple companies over 2 years for windows and new siding. We ended up going with PSP because of their low price point while supposedly receiving the same windows as competitors. We were given an 8-12 week timeline with our quote while other companies were saying 20. This was another selling point. Well, we ended up waiting 6 months with multiple delays. This is with me initiating contact about the status most of the time. PSP did not even want to call me and tell me there was another delay so they had their supplier do it. Once the windows came in, the order was wrong because PSP failed to submit the correct design. So I had to wait another 3 months for the correct windows to come in. As far as the siding, they did a great job as long as it was a straight line. They tried 3 times to cut an arched trim piece and I still have a misshapen arch over my front door. The painters were very efficient and did exactly what I wanted. They were wonderful. Throughout this process, I was dealing directly with the owner because of all the miscommunication and poor organization of the project manager and the office. Since the window install, we have noticed multiple warped screens and even a screen that is completely different from our other ones. We reached out and have since been ignored. So if you want average quality, long wait times, and poor communication for a great price, go with PSP.

The team at PSP far exceeded expectations for our home siding project. We were lucky to have Adrian's crew doing carpentry. His team took tremendous pride in their work and treated our home like their own. He'd often tell me "This is your home. I'm going to take care of your home." And he lived up to his promise. He even came out over the weekend to inspect the house mid-project after high winds blew off some temporary coverings. He also found and fixed a pre-existing issue that a prior contractor had gotten wrong. If you work with PSP for your project, definitely ask for Adrian's crew! For painting we worked with Miguel's crew. He also did great work. After the project was done, our neighbors actually mentioned how surprised they were by Miguel and his team's attention to detail and high-quality work. We did have one issue. The crew accidentally dislodged a power line to a set of outlets in our house during the project. That said, as soon as we reported the issue they had an electrician out the same day to get the issue fixed. Joe (sales) and Jennifer (office manager) were also very communicative and quick to respond if we needed anything. I'd highly recommend using PSP for your next project.

I got several bids for Austin contractors to complete a full exterior remodel on my duplex property including windows, siding, exterior doors, and gutters. I chose PSP because they had a competitive, detailed bid, and was also a locally owned and operated company. Due to supply chain shortages, windows were backordered for several weeks. Whenever the supplier kept pushing back the delivery date, Jen at PSP communicated with me on a daily basis. The work began right at the end of December, and despite the crew taking their holiday breaks (as they should) they were able to finish in a timely manner. Every morning, the siding crew lead, Adrian, discussed with me any unique obstacles they faced, how he could solve them, and how the final end result would look. Miguel and his painting crew were diligent with their cauking and fast with the painting. I will definitely be using them again on my next investment.

After getting several bids and consulting with a friend, who is a retired contractor, I hired PSP Company to replace the wood siding on my house. I couldnâ t have made a better choice. Frank was forthcoming and transparent about everything on the contract without being pushy or condescending. The price was reasonable and the quality of workmanship outstanding.

Yes from a cost perspective I believe the price was affordable and very cost appropriate.

We hired Premium Siding & Painting to replace a roof and wood siding, paint, and repair dry rot. From the beginning of the estimate, Frank was thorough and explained everything in detail. He took the time to look at the project and provider a reliable quote. Their prices were very reasonable for all of the work we were asking for. Once our project was scheduled, the crew showed up on time and did amazing work in every regard. There was attention to detail in all of their work, and his team was able to address every concern or request. The work they did was top-notch, and it is apparent by the results. Frank also worked with us when we had new requests in the middle of the project. He and his team went above and beyond in every respect and were are extremely happy with the results. We would highly recommend PSP for any project and will be using them in the future.

PSP Review Our home was built in the mid-seventies and has had few exterior updates since then. In the time we have owned it weâ ve put off those needed updates because of the endless contractor-related horror stories. Seems like everyone I talk to has had their projects be considerably over budget, drawn out long past the agreed finish date and/or poor quality work, not to mention the projects that are never finished. But those stories being as they may, it finally came time to move forward and do some major improvements to our house. After doing quite a bit of online review research we decided to go with Premium Siding & Paint and we couldnâ t be happier with our results. The PSP project coordinator came out to our home twice to ensure they had all the details correct prior to scheduling the work. We had all windows replaced, all siding replaced and entire house painted. The quality of work by every member of the team was exceptional as was the communication throughout the process. The project cost was exactly as quoted and all phases were completed in the exact time frame projected by PSP. I canâ t recommend PSP highly enough.

The crew was professional and courteous. They continuously cleaned up during the project. They completed the project on time and within the budget. They also answered all my questions patiently and and addressed my concerns accordingly.

Met schedule, cleaned up, responsive to questions and requests, fixed flashing error made by homebuilder, replaced some rotted window framing at no extra cost.

Replaced rotted gable, rotted siding under windows, rotted trim & fascia. Painted. Premium Siding & Painting provided a competitive cost with a clearly stated proposal. All my questions were answered in advance. Hardie plank or trim was used. Once old siding was removed, additional problems were uncovered. Options and costs were promptly discussed with me. Everyone involved was considerate and polite. The completed work is excellent! The exterior of my house is in the best condition since it was built (in 1978). From the carpentry to the painting, the crews were meticulous. Even the cleanup exceeded my expectations. Great job! I highly recommend and would use again.

Premium Siding & Painting is extremely easy to work with, and they took into consideration my schedule and availability. Frank gave me a reasonable estimate in just days from my first contact. They were one of four estimates I received, and were the most reasonable and accommodating. Although I was told the job would take four days, it only took two with a crew of four. The work Premium Siding & Painting did transformed my ugly Masonite into beautiful Hardie--and they painted the soffits and fascia, as well. Thank you!
