We used Premium Siding & Painting to remove old siding and some wood facia and window trim, and replace with Hardipanel Vertical Siding (Stucco style) and cedar wood facia & trim. They did a GREAT job. RJ, the owner, worked with me in figuring out how best to cover the seams between the panels - he used Harditrim that was cut to 2" width and nailed over the caulked seams to give an architectural dimension to the walls. The company then painted the whole house, including the areas that were not renovated. They used 4 to 6 men at a time to expedite the work. They finished today (1/19/10) and It looks like a brand new home. I highly recommend.
