Premier Restoration & Reconstruction

The work was excellent, done quickly, and done well. Steven was very professional, came when he said he would, kept things very clean, and made friends with our dog. Steven seemed to know what he was doing and brought in appropriate specialists as needed. The work was paid for by the insurance provider for another service provider (Google installers had caused the damage) but Steven's price appears to have been appropriate for the work to be done. I would definitely recommend Steven for similar work.

1. Responsiveness - from the time we called for that first service evaluation, Steven made himself available pretty much 24/7. During the week that he offered services, he was personally on the job site managing his team. If he needed to leave, he let me know how to contact him and provided a time when he would return. 2. Insurance experience - we were comforted to know that Steven has experience in dealing with insurance claims and not only understands the process, but he works with our adjuster on a regular basis. 3. Service quality - Steven and his team provided white glove service from start to finish. First, he clearly communicated the process and project scope. His work team arrived daily at the time communicated. They are all premier employees and trained in superb customer service. The workmen sectioned off the work area with a zippered dust free enclosure. Then at the end of each work day, they removed all materials and swept the work areas. We are thankful for Premier and the excellent experience we had with Steven. We wholeheartedly recommend him and Premier Restoration.

He was very attentive in listening and answering any questions I had, along with kind and patient through out the process. Everything was tidy and organized from the estimate to my home at the end of the day thanks to the workers making it as if we could barely tell they had been there.
