Description of Work: Installed complete HVAC system.

Description of Work: Tech failed to show during original time period allotted. When I called to check on what had happened, was told that tech would not come until later in the day when temps were warmer, but no one bothered to contact me to let me know this was their intent and I had been waiting all morning for the tech to arrive. The receptionist was friendly but they need to be respectful of customer's time and keep them informed when they change scheduling, as folks often have to take time off work to meet techs for these appointments.

Description of Work: Had a good opinion at first, they seemed confident to know the problem with our Bryant system over the phone, offered same day service and would waive the consult fee if paid for the repairs. However the part they suspected at fault was not broken, but they chose to replace it and charge us anyway. Then they told us our flue pipe was punctured and would need to replace it for 800$. And that our upstairs unit didn't have enough vents attached so we would need to install at least one more for 300$ to reduce the back pressure. And the 125$ sensor turned out to be 200$ on paper. I opted to hold before continuing with the repairs, and brought McCullough Heating & Air out because they offered a free second opinion. They told us the flue was fine, the vent cap had just been crushed-in, preventing the exhaust from escaping. They said the event log in our tstat proved the old sensor was fine because it was properly shutting off the system due to the resulting overheating, just as the new sensor continued to do. He then said they needed to completely shut off the heater until a repair is made because we were at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, something the other company should have done but didn't even mention. Two days later for the part, and a total of 200$ for parts and labour, and our heater is now fully operational thanks to McCullough. Fortunately I didn't pay for the 1300$ bill only to find out that we would need yet an additional part to fix the problem.

Description of Work: They worked on our AC unit; they put in a whole new unit. They came out at 9 at night and put in a whole new unit. It was over a holiday weekend and it was 105 degrees out.
