They had the best detailed quote, we know we exactly what we are getting and exactly what they are going to do. They've been out to measured and the duct guys have been out. It was an awesome proposal that they gave us.?They're process is stellar because we basically had no questions to ask other then when can you start and we got quotes from four other companies. The professionalism stood out as far as first impression. They set the benchmark that other's should use.

Had a new Carrier Hybrid 19 Seer 3 ton unit put in, Load balanced rooms. Installed additional vents and increased duct flow. The upstairs was always hot and the old unit ran all the time. Now the upstairs is comfortable. We turn down the AC and within 10 mins get a drop of 8 degrees. Excellent

They were quick and responsive when my ac unit was blowing luke warm air in the dead of summer. That alone was worth the "A"

The techinican was on time and prompt. He was not able to diagnose what the issue was. He fine tuned the AC. Initially i was billed 150$ but had a coupon to reduce it to 40$. Still felt price w/o coupon was expensive.

It turned out alright. The people that came out to the house were really nice. There were some problems with the unit and they came out and took care of them. We had an issue I think three weeks after we had it installed and then another one about three weeks later. It was all inside of about three months. We had the system put in in November. Actually I believe it was New Year's Eve weekend was the first one, and then they came out again probably in mid-February. There were no costs for the repairs because we bought a brand new unit after the first call and it was under warranty. For quality, that remains to be seen. I'm gonna have to say a C - it didn't work - twice.

The service went very well. I just like their service. I think they have great service. The workers are very nice and professional.

Fan motor overheated and tripped circuit breaker. Flipped circuit breaker and showed how to fix it next time. Made recommendations for Future repair.

Joe was one of the most informative sales man I've work with. He answered all of my questions (after hours even) and helped steer us to the right system for our needs, not just the best sale for him. He discussed a range of approaches and options for my whole house (even things outside New A/C system) for efficiency, performance and comfort of living, specifically helping us with air quality in the home for my wife who suffered from severe allergies. He also helped solve some tricky install challenges with our 1930s house without charging us extra, ensuring every room got the air supply it needed. The install crew was Precision's A team who only handle Austin Energy Program installs. They went above and beyond the call of duty, again tackling challenges our house presented. They were friendly and left the house clean after each work day. Joe helped us get every rebate possible which put our final out of pocket price (cost below is before rebates) meeting and beating other competitors' quotes I had got. I will gladly be using Precision for maintenance and service.

needed the second opinion so I went throw angieslist and they recommended precision a/c,they gave me a 5 hrs window(12-5pm)the technician calls me at 5:20 pm and i told him come over he shows up 5:50 and trying for me to give him $151.00 to tell me where is the leak after telling him i need total estimate of cost he tells me it will cost $850.00 what a ripoff. I highly recommend that q,s precision heating & a/c.I am a Loyal client ( TX & CA).

Jose from Precision Heating and Air diagnosed the problem in record time and gave me a price for repairs. Since funds were short he did a reasonable temporary fix until I can come up with funds. As soon as I can secure funds I will definitely be calling Precision Heating and air for the repairs. Very impressed with service of Precision Heating and Air.

The service person seemed thorough.

We called the technician thinking that he would be able to identify and address the problem. The technician climbed up the attic and opened usual areas where dust accumulates but did not find any (I was there with him and did not see any major dust thing either). Did some diagnostic tests (measuring temperature etc) and all of that checked out fine. While he was there, both my wife and I, could feel the dust (though much lesser in magnitude) but the technician could not. Bottom line, he was unable to identify the root cause of it and could not really offer a good reason for why we may have felt the dust. May be if we had called him when the dust problem was at its peak then he may have personally felt the dust in the air - and perhaps may have been able to think of other possible reasons.

The reason I gave them D rating is for the price. During our winter maintenance technician suggested that we change the furnace capacitor. Precision wanted to charge $224 with a 10% discount. Their price was outrageous. I don't understand why they would charge a customer $224 to change a capacitor when they are already at the customer location. This is a total ripoff when you take a look at the cost of the capacitor (google the price) and labor (time to replace it). I understand that company has other cost (insurance, inventory, truck, training, etc) but the price they are asking is not reasonable at all. I would prefer an honest company who charges a reasonable price.

He did a great job- it only needed to have small sensor cleaned to get it running again.

Great Service, Friendly, and Easy Scheduling. We originally had our updated air conditioner installed from Precision Heating and Air. This included having our ducts redirected for greater efficiency. We called recently to have a yearly inspection of our heating and air. The technician came out the next day. Everyone has been exceptionally friendly, and helpful. system is running smoothly, without hiccup; which is important with the Texas heat. The technician was professional, courteous, and efficient with his time. My dogs also liked him as well. we will continue to refer this company to anyone we know.

They will match or beat anyone's price, was my experience.

I probably could have gotten better (price), but since we've used them before, I felt like we at least knew the guys. There were some follow up questions that didn't get answered, but I didn't push it myself. We were doing it by email so it was just one person at the company that I was dealing with. Whenever we got our A/C replaced, we got several quotes, but we liked them the most. Technically and professionally, they were above everyone else. They weren't the cheapest, but when we gave them the lower offers, they matched it. In the end, there was one thing that my wife didn't like or there was something that was in the contract that they didn't do, so they ended up throwing in 2 years worth of service for free too. They definitely made us happy in that. They went above and beyond, so that was good. The techs that they have had come out over the years, because we've used them several times, definately explain everything to you, even more than you really want to know, but they're really good at telling you what you need to know.
