My experience with them was very positive. They are reliable and it was easy to work with them.

We contacted three providers of HVAC replacement service. Troy with Precision Heating and Air responded quickly, did a complete and thorough check of our entire house inside and out and explained everything that needed to be done, and what was fine as it was. He responded immediately to follow up questions and provided us with five options in detailed, easy to understand estimates. One of the other providers did not respond to our request and the other provided a less thorough review of our home and recommended something that did not need to be done. James and Guillermo began the work on Tuesday morning and finished it at the end of the day on Thursday. They were pleasant, professional and considerate of me at all times. I telecommute and I was able to work the entire time they were here. If I was on the phone, they accommodated that and no one could tell I was in the middle of replacing my entire heating and air conditioning system. They asked me anytime there was anything that they worried might disturb me, but didn't disturb me if I was busy. They were very tidy and paid attention to all the details of the install. As they went they explained what they were doing, and everything was left clean when they departed each day and at the end of the install. It was an overall pleasant experience for something that had to be done.

They advertise as 24/7. Their answering service took a message from me at around 1pm. No one called. I called again at 5pm. Answering service again took a message. I pushed them to give me a call back time and was given within 30 minutes. It is now 9pm. It will be a cold night. I trusted they would respond based on the Angie's list + review. This might be important to inform other Angie's list users about.

They were able to come the same day I called. He instructed me on some maintainence I could do to ensure my ac units lasts as long as possible.

The team was very professional and courteous. Kept everything tidy during and after the work was done.

They are fantastic. They are great. There was Team Sergio, a father and a son, James and Alex, & Todd. They had this whole team. They are incredible, absolutely incredible. Their agent was Stewart. The price was equal to the other companies we interviewed. It was fair. It was $20,000 but they filed for all the city rebates for us.

Very well. The technician, Kyle, showed up within 3 1/2 hours of my initial call. Kyle found the problem, corrected it, and did a maintenance check. Our AC is now working they way it should. Thanks for the great service!

I like that they are available. They are quick to respond and I've always had good service. If there's ever an issue, they come right out to address it. They are good about communicating with you.

Excellent! From start to finish this company is on top of things. The Installers Thomas and Jeffrey were on awesome, plus they cleaned up the place as if nothing had happened. The Senior Technician Todd stopped by near the completion of the installation to check things out. I'm glad I chose Precision Heating & Air and so should you.

I have no idea of the cost; it was reasonable. I think it was less than $100. We need to be at home when they come out.

Precision installed a new air handling system in our home in 3/16. This last week we started having a problem with the house staying cool, and the unit working all the time. Central TX is going thru a record breaking heat wave, I didn't think we'd get an app't right away, but the dispatcher got us on the list for the same day. From the first phone call thru until we again had a properly running system, I couldn't have asked for better service. The dispatcher, the tech diagnosing the problem, the lady who kept us updated on the parts search, and the techs who installed the new parts--all were polite, competent, efficient and respectful of us, our home and our time.

Mando, Stewart and others were fantastic. Mando installed the system and was very professional, thorough, and left left a clean environment upon completion. He was also very trustworthy and I did not have to worry at all about having him in my home. Mando also took a lot of pride in his work, thus ensuring me he was going to do the best job possible. Stewart was on the sales side. He to was very professional and trustworthy. Not a high pressure consultant and understood that no one "wants" to buy a new ac/heating system unless they absolutely have to.

Fair pricing and very responsive, purchased annual service contracts.

New system install that took 20 hours over two hot days. Installers Shawn and Alex were exceptional, courteous, professional hard workers. Joe, who analyzed our needs and provided the perfect solution, was extremely knowledgeable and patient in his explanations. Kudos also to supervisor Todd who was available every step of the way to make sure things went smoothly, even came out on Saturday to tweak a few issues. Overall great experience.

They said they can not give a time window except say "8-5". Sad.

Mando, James, Eric and Todd worked from 9:00 in the morning until 7:00 that night with only short breaks. Our house was built in 2007, but the initial installers did a very poor job. We've had problems every year. Precision found "a black, organic substance" growing in our vents. Allergies anyone? As a matter of fact, yes, we do. We invested in a couple of solutions they offer to steam clean everything. The team was pleasant, polite, and cleaned everything up when they were done.

I did a lots of research and had maybe way more than tree bids. Precision was the only one that pitched the Home Performance plan through the city of Austin. I got a nice bump in the system (after rebates), Precision guys did a great job (when it was all said and done - nothing outside of of what one would typically expect when dealing with any contractor!). The city inspector complimented their work and said lots of contractors don't mention the city plan because of the added time line of inspections and they don't like to have their work additionally inspected for efficiency. From my point of view as a home owner that's exactly what I wanted! I would use them again. Call Jim or Troy.

My wife and I have been using Precision HVAC for a couple of years now, having moved to Austin in 2014. We are absolutely satisfied with the work they have done, which includes both routine maintenance and, a couple of days ago, replacing cooling coils. We have found their technicians to be skilled, efficient, and patient (letting us know what they are doing and why they are doing it). They provide options when appropriate and allow us to influence the decisions. They are not intrusive and they leave the location totally clean and neat. Kudos to Mando, Thomas, and a special thanks to Al who, about two years ago, devised a "quiet box" to limit the noise of the condensing water pump that kept us awake at night. We had other companies visit before calling Precision and their technicians, unlike Al, either had no solution to the noise problem or a very costly solution. Finally, the company is responsive and prompt. Our most recent problem was diagnosed on "day 1" and the repair technicians executed the solution on “day 3”.
