They were real pricey. I didn't use them. The house was not cooling off even though the AC was on. It's an old house, it needed an insulation. They will put it in the attic and the house is really small. It's 112 foot house but they will charge $3000 or something more so I didn't use their service. I had somebody else that did the quote and they were more than $1000 difference. They responded very good.

The problem with the air was solved and I glad a purchased a tuneup package. The a/c is old but my technician was awesome and very knowlegeable.

Our A/C was slowing dying as the summer was wrapping up and we knew it needed to be completely replaced. We called 4 different companies to come over for estimates. Cost wise, Precision was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. They were right in the middle of the pack. We decided to go with Precision for two reasons: 1) Gary was very knowledgeable, honest, and offered us two options with no pressure to buy and 2) the great financing options. When they learned our A/C had completely stopped working they rescheduled the install for the next day so we didn't have to suffer. We were very appreciative of their flexibility! The install went smoothly and by evening time the house was at a comfortable 75 degrees. Thanks again!!

Took one before he did the inspection. I would prefer not to wait so long but they did do inspection on Ac system.

I had water coming out from the overflow pipe so a friend of mine suggested to do cleaning and tune-up service. I called Precision heating and Air company for appointment. They scheduled an appointment six days later. They sent a technician by the name Todd Mowry. I got a call from their office 1/2 hr before Todd's arrival so that I have sufficient time to meet him at my property. Todd inspected the unit in attic and found that there was clog in the main drain. He unplug the clog and then started checking compressor. Along the way he was explaining what each test means. After he did all diagnostic test, he cleaned the unit from outside with forced water. I was very happy with Todd's work and will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We weren't too happy with it. They took way too long to arrive. We used them again for a different property that we have. Eventually, it was resolved but the timing and the scheduling process was not great. They couldn't give us a firm time and the technician showed up four or five hours after they were supposed to show up.

I used a Deal for $39 which included an HVAC check and diagnostics - one of our two AC units stopped blowing cold air and I needed to find out what the repairs were going to cost - but I needed that done in a cost-effective way. I connected with Precision Heating and Air via Angie's list. They send someone the next morning. The gentleman was supposed to do a 30-min inspection. He spent 45 min with us, explained everything very well, gave us all possible options (which weren't many as he determined we need to replace your HVAC unit with a new one - this one is 23 years old and not worth fixing). I asked him in the very beginning of his visit to talk to me as if I was a family member and that's what he did. He told me that what he is telling me is what he would have advised his brother. I appreciated how I was treated and I truly appreciated the honesty. I asked the serviceman to leave his business card so I know who I spoke with. His name is German. Thank you!

We were very satisfied with the service they provided. I called Precision in the morning to see if I could have them come out to take a look at a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. The Precision staff that I spoke to was courteous and professional. She said that a technician would be out at 11 AM to take a look. The technician came out exactly at 11 AM and explained to us what he needed to look at and inspect. He kept us fully apprised of what he was finding and he ended up having to replace the motor in our AC unit. He got the job done promptly and effectively to our satisfaction. So all in all, it was a very good experience and I would certainly use them again if I have any HVAC issues.

I now need to replace my ac but you can count on me not going to this company!

Precision Heating sent a technician to inspect the system and perform checks to see that is was in good running condition. He provided several good tips on do it yourself maintenance and cleaning which I appreciated. No major problems were noted in his report.

Our Salesman Troy was knowledgeable and provided us with all options and discussed them in detail. There was never any pressure to buy. On the installation date, Sergio and Shawn arrived as scheduled, were very courteous and left their work area spotless when finished. They explained the system and its maintenance. They were very professional.

Chris arrived punctually and I outlined the AC dilemma facing me. My AC system has a "leak" and I was advised that the leak is in the evaporative coil--a common source for leaks. Dilemma is that the coil was replaced 2 years ago! I sought a second opinion concerning this finding and Precision came highly recommended. Chris systematically checked the outside unit and the coil in the attic with great care and diligence. After a thorough examination, he was unable to definitively diagnose the source and suggested a more comprehensive leak check. I can't say enough good things about this tech and the company he represents!!

Precision Heating & Air was extremely professional and responsive. I called them on a Monday morning, and they came to the house that afternoon. We called them after another heating & air came to take a look at the same repair. They gave us a quote for the repair (about $800), but recommended replacing the entire unit. That would've been almost a $9000 cost, and before we dropped that amount of money we wanted a second opinion. Precision came out, and as long as you do the repair with them, there is no charge just to diagnose the problem. It turns out that Precision repair cost was lower, and they said I really didn't need to replace the unit yet. Maybe in 2-4 years, they might counsel me to replace the unit, but the repairman didn't think that was necessary yet. Turns out he had the necessary parts with him, and he did the repair in less than an hour for a less money.

The technician checked for issue with AC. 1 lb of freon was not added and I was told that its not necessary. He cut the protective pad/cover of one of the pipe going into the outside AC unit and did not bother to put it back, when asked he tied the end of the cover and said that the cover is not necessary. Gary Hunt, the comfort consultant, was very thorough in explaining my service and financing options for installing two AC/heating units. He wasn't too pushy and encouraged me to take my time in making a decision. He was very helpful and answered all questions. On the day of service, Mando, James and Adrian, the AC installers were very punctual. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire day. One of the installers even showed concern for my well-being, due to the heat, by offering me a Gatorade! ( I should have been offering them a drink!) The overall experience was very positive and I was extremely happy with the end product.

My AC system went out Thursday night, 3 days before my 60th birthday party. at my house in the heat of the summer. The cost to fix the fan motor on my aging system was going to be $700. This was days after I had already spent hundreds of $$ to recharge freon at $100/lb! No way I am going to keep throwing good money after bad. I contacted Precision as well as 2 other bidders to see what they could do to bail me out. Troy from Precision met with me the next day to explain the options. He was patient and thorough plus he explained the.cause of some other issues we were having with cooling uniformity which he offered to fix at no additional charge. At the end of the conversation, I told him I would give him the business on the spot if he could put in a rescue fan to get me through the weekend. He made some calls and the next day he had the AC running to keep us cool through the weekend party until they could replace the system. The next week the Precision team was at my house precisely on time. They were courteous and took great care to keep from tracking dirt into the house. Unfortunately my outside compressor unit concrete pad wasn't level which required a solution which I thought was unsightly. They teamed up with me for over an hours to dig out the slab and re-level it. The system looked great once we were done. There was a follow up call the next week to insure we were happy with our new system.....to be precise, we are delighted with Precision's service and price and can highly recommend them.

They won't work on mini-split systems that they didn't install.

After expressing my dissatisfaction with having to replace what was probably a good thermostat, Precision agreed to reimburse me. They truly went out of their way make sure that I was satisfied. That kind of customer service need to be rewarded. I would not hesitate to use them again.
