Went great. Very professional. Seem very ethical vs. other experiences I've had with vendors.

They were very professional and clear in explaining my issue. They followed up with an estimate to replace my AC unit.

First thought it was a sensor, but after further investigation discovered exhaust duct in attic had come apart. Previous technician had done a sloppy job and used single walled exhaust instead of code required. Precision tech replaced.

I am not very happy with them. There was a leak and they came here and heard the hissing of the air and they didn’t even open the unit and explained. They gave the right diagnosis which was the unit was out of Freon because of the leak. They said they don’t sell my Freon anymore because this kind of Freon is illegal. I called other places and they said it is not illegal. It is more expensive because the US is trying to stop selling this kind of Freon. They gave us quote of $6200 for a new unit. I appreciate that they gave us some information but it was not completely true and honest. When they told me I was upset because I did not have the money and they tried to sell me a new unit. This is not a company I will call back.

My experience with them was not good. They weren't that familiar with my heat pump installation and the system I have in my home. They didn't check out all the equipment thoroughly to find the problem. They didn't solve the problem. I had to call another company to do the repair.

It went good. I was supposed to do some insulation with them. It took a little while before they could get it finished.

They were fine. I think that the price was kind of high. Their responsiveness was pretty good. As soon as I bought it, they called me the following day. I probably will not use them again because I see some other lower priced for the same type of service.

The service was phenomenal. I was very impressed, very clean and articulate. He took the time to explain what he was doing so we knew what was going on. Very impressive and I will use them again when need be.

Showed up on time, went straight to work. Did not try to sell me something I did not need.

After the manager saw the previously submitted review of Nov. 19, 2015, we received a personal phone call from him. He asked us what he could do to improve the service rating we had given them. We explained that since we were not happy about the price of services, (see previously submitted review for details) we would like a partial refund of the money we paid. He readily agreed and gave us more money than we asked for. Since he responded personally to our complaint, we would like to change our "D" rating to a "A-" rating.

We are looking for a good AC/Heater service company to purchase a new system from as previous company is no longer in business and previous attempts to find good/ reputable company hasn't succeeded. We "tested" another company. I was out of town when the service call was provided. My wife told me that the tech. was not interested in looking into the system after his maintenance check. He could not get the upstairs unit "working" and instead did the downstairs unit. Upon my return home I called another company with out telling them about the previous "service call". They checked both systems and said that we shouldn't wait so long between maintenance calls then proceeded to show me visual proof that Precision's tech had not performed all the maintenance tune up points. i.e. low Freon, cleaned outdoor condenser, inspect indoor evaporator coil or flush condensate drain. Guess we got what we paid for, cheap work.

Work was performed per my purchase but "other" items were discovered that needed work (on our 18 month old AC units).

We have use this provider in the past, about three times, and that is why we would try them again as the past experiences were very good. Used a coupon from Angie's List for $39 check-up of the system. Since the company agreed to come out for that price and then to be charged a full price, in addition to the $39, for service was not right. Also, this tech did not seem to listen to us, unlike previous techs from same company. After tech left, called company to ask for price rebate and they replied with a no. NOTE: Cost of service includes the $39 paid to Angie's List.

Senior Technician Todd Mowry was very informative technically. On time, good personality, with recommendation for a new system since this one is twenty years old. No problems with the system over the years. Taken his advice seriously.

He discovered the coolant was slightly low so he checked to make sure the unit wasn't leaking.

Service was on time and very professional.

Horrible experience. I scheduled service request around 1:00 pm on 11/9/15. The receptionist was very eager to put the service call in for the same day and said that they normally finish all their calls before 5pm. I scheduled for 11/9/15. I called back around 4:30 pm the same receptionist said we were the next stop and they were held back on their current job but they would be here next. It is 5:38 we are still waiting, I called around 5:15pm I called the office again the call was answered by a call center I was told that they would send the technician a message and I would get a call back in about 45minutes. He told me that they had the technicians phone number. I said why can't you just call him and ask while I am holding because simply we don't have all the time in the world. He told me that was not the policy. I was hung up twice by the call center twice because of my frustration and was told they could not help me furthermore. I called the third time this time Paul answered from the call center and told me all the same stuff and then told me that he would page the technician when I told him the first two gentlemen told me that they could only send email messages he said no madam we actually send text messages. I am very disappointed and very frustrated. It is basically no call no show at this point and I don't even know how this company got all the good reviews. My experience has been horrible. It is 5:49pm as I am submitting this review and I still have not received any calls from this company not one.

Initial contact was prompt and let me know day and range of hours for the scheduled visit. They left a voicemail message the day before to remind me and the technician called 30 minutes before coming as promised. Arrived on time. Was very courteous and answered all questions. Checked and performed maintenance. Let me know the unit was 10 years old but coil was replaced 3 years ago, so should not need anything major for a long time.

the deal was for a full a/c tune-up. Because of the temperature outside he couldn't perform all of the duties but said everything was ok. I would've preferred to have been able to reschedule for a different date to receive the full service. That said, I haven't had any issues with my a/c.

After a consultation with representative Troy on Thursday, we decided on purchasing the new unit. Installation was scheduled for the coming Monday. Installation began at 9am and lasted about 8 hours. In that time the service was professional and courteous. We are now 2 weeks into having a fully functioning AC system and are quite happy with the results.

Called on a Tuesday afternoon. Technician came out the next morning. Punctual and polite. Listened to the problem. (high electric bill, noticeable cool air leak in the attic). Performed diagnostic, noticed low levels, recommended a Leak Detection Service. Found leak in the evaporator cool. With the unit's age (13 years) recommended a new unit. Setup appointment with their installation consultants. Will write up separate review for that process. Good service. Would definitely use again.

No problems, they were relatively prompt on their scheduling -- they were about a week out if I remember correctly, and the tech was on time and courteous. No problems, and I will use them again.

We contracted Precision Heating and Air to perform a one time inspection/PM of our residential unit. This was done to comply with agreed upon terms for selling of our house. As a Facility Manager with HVAC experience and an EPA Universal Refrigerant Recovery License, i usually work on my units myself but our buyer requested a third party inspection. There were no issues with scheduling and the tech arrived within the agreed upon window. During the inspection, the technician contacted me to report that the blower motor capacitor should be replaced due to it's capacitance being low. I was flabbergasted when he then told me that the price for such was $250! The capacitor is at most a $30 part and replacement of such would take at most five minutes (including a walk to the truck for the new one), as he already had opened the unit to inspect the existing one. Replacement entails simply removing a strap which holds the capacitor in place, pulling off the leads from the two terminals of the capacitor, reconnecting to the new, and then re-securing it. Plenty of videos are available online to show how quick and simple this is. When i questioned the tech about why they charges such an excessive cost, he told me that price was from a chart he referenced from the company. $250 might be reasonable if a tech came out on an emergency service call and had to troubleshoot the unit, but he was already onsite, the unit was open and the part was in his truck. To call a service a PM and then charge $250 to replace a wearable part like a capacitor is highly unethical in my opinion, as most customers don't understand how little time and cost is actually required. I contacted the company later to verify the tech had quoted the correct amount, as i suspected he mistakenly gave me an after hours call in rate, but that was not the case. I was told they charge flat rates for such work, regardless of the tech already being onsite. In fact, she said it would have been even higher except we contracted them through Angies List so got a discount! I did verify that the capacitor in question was in fact outside of spec and in need of replacement but the rate they charge for replacing it during a PM is ridiculous. Most home buyers will not realize a rate like this is grossly excessive. People should ask companies to explain their rates when they quote flat fees, asking for the cost of parts and time required.

He was very punctual and courteous. Told me about the condition of the units, cleaned up and left. Very satisfied
