+ -1 morePrecision just installed beautiful quartzite counters in our kitchen and bathrooms, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We stumbled on them by a Google search, and just showed up at their fabrication location. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Carlye answered our questions, and was very helpful. He headed up the project for us with Sharon's help, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. They came twice to make sure their templates were correct (we changed a measurement on an eating area overhang), and had amazing communication throughout the entire process. Their crew arrived on time, were efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. On top of this, they beat other bids on price by several hundred to a couple thousand dollars! When we do our next project, we won't hesitate to call them again!

Description of Work: I used provider about 6 yrs ago, and general price and quality was ok, although installers permanently glued shut a slide-in cutting board and owner took no corrective action. In about July, 2013 I called numerous times to potentially use again; first the voice mail box was full; another time took a message with no returned call; another time automated response that this was not a working number at present. I drove to the fabrication site and the place had no activity excepting the owner who apologized for being so busy and not returning phone calls. When I was ready to get a bid, I called again and no returned phone call. Was concerned they were going out of business, so I abandoned any future attempts to give them my business. Description of Work: Provided an estimate, helped pick out granite slab, supplied kitchen and bathroom sinks, cut slab and installed the countertops. We could not be happier.

+ -1 morePrecision never installed a soapstone sink and should have refused the job. The sink still leaks despite multiple attempts to remedy the problem.
