Our thought process is easy: provide a service that some consider a luxury at a price anyone can afford, and don't cut corners while doing so. Our most basic carpet clean still comes with a pre-spray and deodorizer for every square inch of carpet we clean. We use top-of-the-line, truck mounted equipment for the deepest steam clean leaving your carpet with less moisture for faster drying. While other companies use portable, electric systems that use hot water from the sink, we use machines to boil 200+ degree steam allowing the best rinse so no solution is left in your carpet. 400-500 lbs. of vacuum dries your carpet much faster. We also take up less of your time. Where larger corporate companies leave you sitting at home waiting for large 5+ hour windows, Precision normally works on a 2-hour window. And we will even give you a 30 minute courtesy call when we are en route to your residence so that we don't waste any of your day. This is possible because we are family owned and operated, and we respect our clients' valuable time. Our employees are friendly, respectful individuals who really care about their job. We employ mostly family and close friends so that we never have to worry about a customer being dissatisfied. Nine times out of ten when you call, the owner of the company will answer and schedule your appointment. They are wonderful. If I had any problems, they would come back out. Like if I had a stain which didn't come out, they would come back for free and work on it. The carpets look nice when they are finished. I have watched them and they work really hard and fast and on time.

Description of Work: This is the finest carpet cleaning company in the market. I wanted what I thought was a simple carpet cleaning in a new home I was renting. None of us knew that this was going to be one of the more difficult jobs. After the initial cleaning there was a significant lingering odor. They came out and checked with me and found out that the previous tenants had used the various carpet areas as dog waste areas. They had seven dogs and the carpet looked like it when we pulled it up to look at the pad. Many carpet cleaning services would have backed away at that point. After three more trips and getting in the most powerful material that they had ever used, they were able to get the odor removed from the house. Great, great job done in an expeditious manner. A fine company to work with. I highly recommend them.

They were the best. They got out stains I did not think I could get out. They were not only prompt but they were early. They exceeded my expectations and then some. I was very please with them. I would recommend them highly.
