Everything went great. From the sales call with Brad, final measurements with Joe to the installation with Eric and Nick and the QC visit with Murray. All were on time, no reschedules, and explained everything fully. Lots of options for our front door and d we could see what it would like on our home. Power warranty is an added plus. Very happy the way our home looks with the new door.

The gutters look great. The team was great. Highly recommended.

This project started with a knock on the door from a sales person. From the beginning Power was completely professional. We met with sales, did pre-installation selections, and had our new windows installed within about a month. We couldn’t have asked for a better renovation experience. Oh, and, WE LOVE OUR NEW WINDOWS!

Start to finish Power was a fantastic home service company. We did gutters and windows and we couldn’t be happier with finished product. Desmond was informative and very knowledgeable of the product and process. Couldn’t recommend power enough.

I had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling. This was my third time using them for my windows and they installed new gutters as well. Brad was fantastic and spent considerable time going over my options and answering questions. I couldn’t be happier. This company did phenomenal from start to finish. I was worried about upselling or quality and they surpassed my expectations. The customer service and communication was on point and I refer to my windows as transformer windows because of all they do plus the energy efficiency. The doors were also amazing. From the door to door salesman, to the pre-installation inspection, to the crew and foreman, to the quality inspector everyone went above and beyond. No one made us feel uncomfortable or like we were just money in their pockets. They treated us like they cared about us and our home as well as making the project as affordable as possible. Would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. In fact I ask everyone to come over and play with my new windows because the do so many different things and open different ways for comfort and cleaning.

Other than a schedule mishap at the beginning we are very impressed with Power. The crew that came out was hardworking and did a great job. The quality of work was great. Would definitely recommend.

Windows and sliding Doors replacement. Paige, Rick, and Murray were all wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind. Stellar work. Installation went smoothly and the team was efficient and cleaned up everything! They even shined the windows.

The whole process from meeting Dylan (door knocker) to Steven (sales guy) to the installers (didn’t get all their names) to Murray (Quality Assurance Manager) was seamless. Power communicated effectively, made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase, everyone was professional, they cleaned up after the installation and the overall experience was exceptional. I felt an immediate drop in temp inside the house once the windows were installed and even the basic windows they offer have built in upgrades and have several functional uses.

Windows look and work great. They face west and get direct afternoon sun and are the inside temp to touch. Would have preferred this particular crew to have been more professional, but the work was done properly.

Exceedingly service minded crew, went above and beyond on the willingness to help out preparing for the windows switch. Perfect sense of detail in the work. Could not be more pleased.

We have just finished getting our gutters, and windows installed, and some work done in our attic. We are extremely satisfied with the work and efficiency of this company. All of the staff was super friendly and a big shout out to our boy, James, for being so knowledgeable. These windows are everything he hyped them up to be. We will be back when we are ready for the sliding glass door.

The efficiency and accuracy in planning and execution are unparalleled. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and finished when they said they would. Each person was fantastic to work with. We will definitely be using them again for other projects in addition to our new windows and gutters.

From sales to preparation to installation, PHR was very professional, well trained and left our house as clean as they found it. I wouldn’t trust anybody else after how well this entire process went.
