It went great! They arrived earlier then scheduled ready to work. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. Almost forgot to mention, fast! Very pleased.

Great experience. All workers were professional, courteous, and friendly. They arrived on time, got the projects done, and cleaned up thoroughly after completion. The quality of work is excellent and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Sat with a representative who explained the differences between Power and other roofing companies. Positives include fast turnaround, professional crews that were prompt and polite. Not having to pay until the job was complete gave comfort that the job would be completed on time as promised. Sales rep was personable and patient. Negatives include poor description of the end product. Was told explicitly what would happen with photo examples in terms of the job and the outcome (clapboard siding being cut to accommodate new flashing) was entirely different from what was done. We were completely dismissed about our dissatisfaction and told that this was the 'Power' way of doing things and was done to ensure the warranty. When asked about customer satisfaction, we were pushed from one person to another (sometimes unable to get through to a representative) and essentially brushed off as 'not their problem, when can we come get the payment." Unfortunately, dealing with a large company means an uphill battle and we feared getting lost in any legal challenge and ultimately losing the warranty. Be aware and demand details into what their vision is versus what yours is. Would recommend seeing a mock up before committing.

Job was completed in one day in eight hours from start to finish. Awesome job not only on the roof but the clean up as well.

We went with Power Home Remodeling again because they did a great job on our recent window replacement. From the home survey, to project planning and execution, through project completion I believe that Power has done a nice job from start to finish. Given that Power has done the doors and windows in my home and seeing the finished product, I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who has some home improvement needs that they need to get done.

All phases went very well. From the sales to the installers to the customer service reps everyone was professional.

The sales consultant came to the house, made a presentation and gave us the price. The pre-installation project manager came to retake measurements and ensure the details of the project were correct as expected. Both individuals arrived at the arranged time. A few corrections were made to the original contract; the total price ended up being lower than originally estimated and we received an updated contract. We were asked if we could accommodate a 2-week earlier installation change (GREAT for us), which we did and the installation occurred as planned. We were disappointed that one window arrived cracked without any company person warning us of the damage even-though it was known by them the day before. A replacement was promised and we are awaiting the actual glass replacement task. Overall, the installation process was much different than what the sales consultant told us and the finished window product was different than I expected but we are pleased with the windows and the installation. The installation team arrived at the expected time. They were efficient, courteous and we appreciated the quality of work including the clean-up afterward. We would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the minor sales discussion and broken glass issues.

They were prompt, clean, & polite. The work they did was very good and we have hired them to do additional windows!

The first day, Javier came and introduced himself and went to work right away. The second day was rainy so after the team leader introduced himself they said the were going to wait until it stopped raining. It rained pretty much all day, the team did come back and complete the job. Both teams and both projects were done professionally and they were polite. Thank you Power.

Sales and installation was professional and easy to work with.

Everyone I met from Power has been super friendly. My windows look so good in the mudroom, an area that I’ve always thought looked tacky. I would definitely recommend Power for any home remodeling.

PHR arrived early which worked out perfectly. The work crew was professional and the quality of work was excellent. They did a thorough job of cleaning up once work was completed. One of the things that Power Remodeling does so well is the communication piece of home improvement, and it's one of the most important parts. It saves a lot of time and effort on the property owner's side to have a project manager at Power who is helping to coordinate all the different installations, and communicating each step of the process along the way. There is a lot of competition among remodeling companies, and if there is one company that is the entire package - has excellent communication, professionalism, performs excellent work and attention to details, excellent customer service, convenient financing options, and good pricing - why wouldn't you go with that company? For me, that company is Power Home Remodeling. Note - I only gave 4 stars on the pricing because they're probably not the least expensive on the market, but all the other factors outweigh that.

this was our second project we had with Power (siding and gutters was 1st project) and once again they have wowed us!!! from the sales rep, to customer over the phone , and the workers , exceptional work! Thank you!!!!

Overall, the quality of the materials is good to excellent. Professionalism was excellent. There was some finish work that needs to be addressed. Examples are; exposed white edges on the red/brown stone vinyl facade from the cuts. The garage door weather seals were reused, leaving them with holes in them from the original nails. If I had know that was going to be the case, I would have picked up new weather seals. Again, finish work for the windows. the caulking used on the interior cracked in 24 hrs from the caulking shrinking. The welds on the windows from the manufacture were not cleaned up. Leaving small clumps of vinyl that prevented the windows from opening fully.

I was very impressed with Power. From day one our sales agent Anthony to the workers nothing but professionalism. The material used is great quality and for the price it was worth it. I already have another project lined up and I will be reaching out to power. Thank you

Project went great. Crew was on time and finished in 1 day. They did an excellent job. A little on the expensive side but the windows are beautiful and I figure it is a one-time expense to upgrade the house.

We had non-functioning gutters with guards and soffits that did not allow air flow to the attic. Power was able to do both jobs at once. Not the cheapest provider, however the quality of the product installed is stellar, the installation team was experienced and professional, communication with me was good and the clean up after the work is some of the best I've experience. Also, Power does not require any money down to do the work and you only pay for the work once you are satisfied and they back their work with a lifetime, transferrable warranty, which is rare.. Sales process is thorough, but I advise you get other quotes in advance before taking to Power to ensure they are in the ballpark.

The entire process with Power home remodeling was great. Craig, who first stopped by the house, was polite and timely. He didn't take too much of my time trying to pitch the sale. Corey conducted a very thorough home inspection and provided great detail and professionalism while he was with us. He was patient and not pushy when it came time to discuss the pricing of our project. Lastly, the install team (Pete, Brad, and Kenny) were timely in there work and just seemed like they really cared for what they were doing and took special care of our project as a whole. We will definitely look to rehire and recommend Power home remodeling in the future.
