Windows crew were awesome door crew were good just took our door bell apart n didn’t bother telling us. The company is willing to give a discount because of the mishap and inconvenience. The original guy that came to tell us everything was great as well.

The new windows and doors are beautiful. Everyone involved went above and beyond for our install. Every step of the way they were extremely professional. We’ll definitely use Power again in the future.

Install process was smooth and finished on time. Crew thoroughly cleaned and left the work space like new.

We are extremely satisfied with our windows. From the time of the sale to the inspection. I cannot ask for a better company to do work with our house. The best part of it all, was the fact that none of them was pushy to making the sales. They have the knowledge that the products would sell on their own, and they do! I highly recommend this company to everyone that needs to get new windows, roofing, gutters and doors. I can't wait for our next project with them, which will be our roofing and gutters!! Thank you all for making this the BEST experience altogether!!

Stay away from these door to door scam artist. 2019, The workers did a great job installing the windows. The took care of the house as they went along. Explained everything after. The windows look great and work great. Am very satisfied. Would recommend them to my friends. Good job power! ( I said while the salesman looked over my shoulder at what I was typing) Update, 06/21/22 One of the windows go bad, the film is coming off on the inside pane of the window, all distorted trouble seeing thru it. no problem life time warranty right? So i call and report it on 5/2/22, still waiting, called again today and they said its still on the list, its on back-order, waiting for the manufacturer to make it.... It will be 12 to 14 months!! Ummm one of the key features the salesman said when he came to my house to sell me on them was they were one of only a couple window sellers that have there own machine and facilities and they make there own windows. now all of a sudden they are waiting for someone else to make it? Sounds like they lied. Wonder what else do they lie about? PS; my neighbors had there windows replaced by window world at the same time. 2 weeks ago he showed me one of his windows distorted, They just replaced it today. Manufactured and replaced in 2 weeks. Window World actually makes their own windows and warranty is awesome. 8-9-22 still waiting. Don't buy from these scammers. Go to window world.

The team was professional and efficient. This is our second project with them and we intend to continue using them in the future.

Beware. Was told a radiant barrier in my attic would lower my electric bill, and save the integrity of the wood supports in the attic in my home. All it has done is cause the humidity in my house to increase up to 60-70%. This increase in the humidity levels in my home has exacerbate a family members asthma. His physician has stated that his health is being adversely affected , by this humidity.I have lived in this house for 17 years and there was never a humidity problem in my home until this barrier was installed. They have not done anything they claimed. They stated that they stand by their product 100%, but have failed to do so.The gutters that were placed are already bowing out on 2 sides of my house.When they were contacted, they sent representatives out, but have resolved nothing. They refuse to even address the issues we have had. Just beware. Horrible company. They say everything has a lifetime warranty. It hasn't even been 6 months, and they are refuses to adress any of these issues.

The whole company from the reps to the installers were very professional and communicated with me as the costumer to what they could do. As for they schedule they gave me set days but also called when the product arrived to their warehouse and asked if I would like to have it installed sooner then they original date. Great company to work with and would and have recommended to other friends and family.

It went very well. Overall, very happy with the whole process. Great communication, professionalism and the actual windows are great, especially with this Texas sun.

Overall all processes and procedures went well and we are happy with our decision. We hope to see the difference in tempearture and energy efficiency very soon.

Our installation expectations on the back of our house was done incorrectly the first time but the crew made it right that same day. They had to spend 3 more hours correcting the mistake. There was a lack of communication from the pre install manager and the installers about the type of trim we wanted so be sure to watch that on your project. We asked for an obscure window for the bathroom but the sales team didn't put that in correctly. We will have to wait until Oct. to get the window. When the QA rep. came to the house 2 days later he did a through inspection of all windows. After that was completed he tried to sell us other products preciously declined. We were having a busy evening and he continued to try and hard sell us on the extremely expensive radiant barrier for the attic that we had declined several times yet he continued!!! We declined several times more but he refused to wrap it up. After annoying us even more because we were in the middle of starting dinner late at 7pm I just had to tell him we were done! He took great offense to this and stormed out. Sorry guy I told you we were busy many times but you wouldn't listen. The windows are very nice but we could have done without the hard sell of something we did not want and would not fit in our budget! 25k for a radiant barrier! No way! We love the windows and there were many pros to this company as well. On the front end they are very professional!

Contractors for Power were courteous and punctual. They complete each project the day they started. Overall we are very happy with the way our remodeling went.

Everything was quick and professional. The team arrived on time and installed the windows quickly and efficiently and we're very friendly and informative. Everything from the sales, inspection and install has been pleasant. Our house is already cooler in this Texas summer and we are happy we went with Power for our windows.

From start to finish it was a real pleasure to work with this company. They were extremely careful with our property and worked around our schedule. We highly recommend them for any home upgrade you are considering.

We had a very sketchy experience with power from start to not quite finished. This company uses pressure sales tactics that are extremely off-putting and unnecessary. During our “quick” sales pitch, we let them know many times that no, we couldn’t do it at the price they were quoting and we needed to move on with our evening. They literally WOULD NOT LEAVE. They were at our house from 3pm to 9:15pm, keeping us from our kids, dinner and routine. The sales guy finally reached a number we could do, eventually, breaking it up into 3 projects, doing 1 at a time. We were assured several times that the price quoted was good for an entire year, even after my husband asked for something official in writing multiple times, not just scribbled down on a piece of paper. It was “tied to our project number.” As for the work, during window installation, a worker used a RAZOR BLADE to get the sticker off the window and scratched it up, but chose to leave it that way. They also installed chipped and cracked strips between the windows in the interior. I saw the project manager checking it out when they did it, but he too tried to leave without bringing it to my attention. Shady! During the back door install, there was so many careless mistakes, it would take an entire review to list them. Just poor quality work. Again, they tried to get us to sign off, hoping we wouldn’t notice. Sketch! Back to the initial agreed on price. That night, the same day as the back door install, they sent their QA guy out to get our final approval so they could get the rest of their money. We presented the issues and he assured us they would be resolved (we’ll see how that goes) but he also made sure to measure all of our windows again to “be sure our remainder quote was accurate.” Sketch again. He told us with a pompous attitude and a smirk, “Oh you’re not gonna like this” and proceeded to notify us that the price would now be jacked up $8,000 from the initial promised agreed on price. He claims the initial sales guy made multiple errors and they have no record of the price he offered us initially. So shady!! Coming from many years in customer service, if there is an error made, it never gets put onto the customer. To us it seems that they went as low as it took to get us to commit, never having any intention of honoring that price to get us on the hook. Now we have half our windows done so they know to have the same windows and aesthetics throughout the house, we’d have to go with them, even if it meant charging us another $8K. The worst part of it all is the QA guy told us he would honor the initial price IF WE AGREED TO PAY THE REMAINDER THAT DAY. So sketchy, so shady!!! There are multiple problems on the jobs they did for us that have not been resolved, but he’s trying to shake us down for another $26K??! I can’t warn you enough! Don’t even let this company through the door of your home. At the very least, they will steal 6 hours of your time and at most, they’ll shake you down for more money, mid-project. Yikes!!

Installation was fast and the crew did a great job and the windows/doors are well made. Sound proofing is great on the new Pella windows. Only complaint is we installed some windows in 2019 a week before you switched to Pella. Now one of those windows is getting hazy and when you placed an order to replace the window they said it wouldn’t be ready until April 2023…this timeframe really isn’t acceptable since it is May 2022 now. Something else needs to be done about this.

Excellent. Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product.

My husband and I were extremely happy with the whole process from start to finish. I would recommend Power Home Remodeling, they were very professional. The installers provided a full explanation of the process at all stages. All employees were very respectful of our home and property. My house looks great! I would immediately call Power Home Remodeling for my next home remodeling.

I never saw the Customer Remodeling and Improvement Agreement or the Product Specifications for this door. Looking at copies of these documents, the signatures were forged. I was also told I would be charged for installation only but the final charge was $5,068.03 which included charges for the door and hardware. Someone at Power is submitting fraudulent charges.

My custom windows were a week behind schedule do to the global supply chain debacle. Once in though, the crew came 2 days later (Saturday) and installed 13 windows in 8 hours! They cleaned up and a Power rep called me to confirm my satisfaction at the project completion. It looks so much better. I am very pleased.
