+ -1 moreJohn called me within an hour of leaving message. He tried to talk me through the problem over the phone but I still wasn't getting it working. After we talked I went outside to run through his suggestions again and sure enough he was right and it started working immediately! I kept my appointment with him and he spent an hour with me answering all the questions I have wanted answers to for a long time. He didn't charge me for his time and didn't try to sell me anything. I will be calling him in the fall to get a cover installed.
Description of Work: Responded to nervous call about skimmer not working right..

+ -1 moreThey saved our pool. Kevin came out with equipment and worked with my husband to show him how to do the work himself. He left the equipment with us for three days so my husband could do the work and he checked up on us every day. They were honest and up front. Wonderful company.

Description of Work: As Chair of our neighborhood's Pool Committee, I have dealt with Pool-Aide for almost 10 years. They have provided ongoing maintenance and repairs to our large neighborhood pool in a consistently professional manner for that time. Whenever a problem with our aging filter systems has occurred, they have responded quickly and performed the repairs. Our pool receives admiring comments from visitors and the Association has been well pleased with their work. Their costs are reasonable and they are on an annual contract that has been very satisfactory over the years. I recommend them highly. Note: The service amount shown is a monthly charge for 4 times a week (during the summer) cleaning, chlorine check and equipment check.

Description of Work: I've used Pool Aide twice now with great customer service, a job completed, and a fair price. they know their profession and complete the task quick and clean. this being my first pool they have spent as much time teaching and explaining as working. I will continue to call them if issues or questions arise.

+ -1 moreThey provided an excellent service and they kept our spa up and running. I knew it was neat and clean after they came out. I felt comfortable knowing they have done a good job. They showed up on time as usual and they were very dependable. Their help was friendly and courteous.
Description of Work: They did the upkeep on my spa for me by keeping it clean and adding chemicals.
